• Maximum size: calculated by the formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 250 cm (≤ 300 cm for Poland as an exception). Exceeding the specified dimensions may significantly increase the transportation cost.

Pallets up to 700 kg

• Cost: 35 – 90 € (depending on the destination country).
• Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.

The cost of cargo pickup by domestic courier services and their delivery to our transit hub depends on the dimensions and category of the shipment:

• Dimensional restrictions: the sum of sides must not exceed 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.

Pallets up to 500 kg

• Cost: 30 – 100 € (depends on weight, pallet cargo volume and declared value).

• firearms, cold weapons, pneumatic weapons, their parts and ammunition;
• explosive, flammable, radioactive and pyrotechnic materials;

How to insure cargo before sending to Europe?

When the parcel arrives at our transit warehouse in Ukraine, specialists (at your request) can open the packaging, inspect the contents and make a photo report. Can parcels from different sellers be combined?

Can a parcel be returned back to the seller in Ukraine?

Yes, it is possible, however the return procedure is paid separately.

No, the cash on delivery (COD) service for international shipments to the EU is not available. All orders and logistics services are paid before the moment of border crossing. This is due to the regulations of European courier services, which often leave parcels at doors or in parcel lockers without the recipient's personal presence.

Important: if upon receipt in the EU you notice that the box is damaged, be sure to record this and draw up an official damage report directly with the service that performed the final delivery (e.g., 'DPD'). And if the courier simply left the parcel and drove away, then they will have to be called back and the protocol drawn up together with them.

Is the warehouse in Ukraine provided for free?

Yes. We do not charge for receipt, handling and storage of your orders at our transit warehouse in Ukraine, provided that our company performs the further international delivery to Europe.

How to deliver goods from Ukraine to Europe without paying customs duties?

For individuals in the EU: If you need to send a large or expensive batch of goods, we can absolutely legally split it into several independent shipments with separate export documents. This will allow staying within the law and will not increase the logistics cost.

Is the parcel inspected at the border?

Yes, all international shipments undergo mandatory customs control. As part of a spot check, customs officers have the right to open the box for inspection of the contents. At the same time, the factory or cardboard packaging may be damaged or replaced. If you are sending personal belongings in a suitcase or bag, please do not lock them with combination locks.

Can I send a parcel on a separate trip to Europe so that it is not considered a commercial batch?

Yes, we practice this approach. The risks of the cargo being classified as a commercial batch by European customs can be minimized by distributing large shipments on different trips or issuing them under different documents within the law. This is a safe solution that does not affect the final cost of services and standard delivery time.

What is an oversized parcel?

The permissible parameters of parcels are established by the internal rules of courier services („DHL”, „UPS”, „DPD”). Usually a parcel is considered oversized if its length exceeds 120 cm, the sum of three sides (length + width + height) is more than 250 cm, or the weight of one box exceeds 31 kg. This also includes goods of irregular shape (with protruding parts).

Can large and non-standard goods be delivered to Europe?

Yes, we specialize in such transportation. Our own fleet is equipped with vans (volume up to 12 m³ and carrying capacity up to 1200 kg), which are ideal for transporting furniture, pallets and body auto parts. For larger items, we provide curtain-sided trailers. But the main question is — is it worth overpaying for logistics? We do not recommend sending an old sofa or mattress — such items are more profitable to buy new than to ship them abroad.

Can I work with goods from Ukraine via dropshipping?

Yes, we fully support the dropshipping model. Your orders arrive at our warehouse in Ukraine, we carefully store them, repack if necessary, remove supplier invoices and send them directly to your end customer in the EU. • Please note: the free storage period for a parcel at a 'DPD' branch is 3 days.

Can medicines and pharmaceuticals be sent from Ukraine to Europe?

Yes, shipping is allowed, but EU customs imposes strict requirements on the transportation of pharmaceutical products. Key rules for shipping medicines:

• Mandatory documents: all medicines are accepted exclusively in original factory packaging and only with a pharmacy receipt. If you plan to send a large volume of medicines, be sure to warn our managers in advance.
• Prescription medicines: if the medicine is strictly prescription-only, you need to provide us with a scan copy of the prescription itself, as well as a scan copy of the passport of the patient in whose name it is issued.

List of medicines strictly prohibited for import into the EU: European legislation categorically prohibits the international shipment of medicines containing codeine and other strong-acting or narcotic substances. Prohibited for import are: Pentalgin-N, Nurofen Plus, Sedalgin, Sedal-M, Caffetin, Codelac, Terpincod, Codterpin, Solutan, Theofedrin-N, Insonovin, Bronholitin, Bronhitussen, Bronhotin, Ketanov, Neo-Theofedrin, Ephedrine and their analogues.

Important note on transportation conditions: for private shipments, we carry out standard transportation and do not provide a special temperature or humidity regime (there are no refrigeration chambers in the transport). Please take this into account before shipping if your medicines require special storage conditions or strict adherence to the cold chain.
