This option involves allocating a separate truck or specialized equipment exclusively for one client's tasks. It is the most economical and efficient way to move large batches of goods and oversized cargo.
Urgent delivery by cargo van
The optimal choice for urgent transportation of small commercial batches or a few pallets. Transportation is carried out using cargo vans, which guarantees high speed along the route and quick passage of customs control. The maximum cargo weight is limited to 1200 kg.
Cost of transport services
We flexibly form the final price based on your specific tasks and allocated budget.
Base rates
- Trucks (tractor with semi-trailer): from 2000 €;
- Cargo vans: from 850 €;
- Lowbed trailers: from 3400 €;
- Refrigerated trailers: from 2600 €.
The final cost is calculated individually and depends on the route mileage and the type of allocated transport. The base rate starts from 0.35 € per kilometer of the route. If delays occur at the border or forced downtime is caused by the cargo owner, a downtime fee of 50–100 € is charged for every day of waiting.

- Backhaul delivery option: the 'partial load' format allows you to significantly reduce costs, as you only pay for the space actually occupied in the cargo hold.
- Cargo characteristics and class: transportation of dangerous (ADR), temperature-controlled, or oversized goods costs more, as it requires the use of specialized transport, obtaining additional permits, and extended insurance.
- Set of accompanying documents: the need to prepare and verify international transport waybills, export declarations, customs documents, and other permits.
