Local operators bring shipments from any point in the country to our warehouse or branch in our city. This allows you to avoid paying for a separate dispatch of our transport to remote regions.
We provide the following delivery formats to choose from:
- Independent purchases: when placing an order with online sellers, specify our Nova Post branch as the delivery address. We will receive the goods, check their condition if necessary, and organise further delivery to your Greek address.
- Purchasing goods upon your request: you pay the product cost to our account, and we arrange the purchase and deliver it to your address in Greece.
- Parcel and luggage transportation: simply hand over your luggage or parcel via Nova Post to the post office in our city or to our warehouse address. We will collect the shipment, consolidate it with other cargo, and prepare it for dispatch to Greece.
Shipping arrangement process
The process flow looks like this:
- Arrangement: you inform us of the cargo dimensions, weight, and value.
- Coordination: we agree on the final estimate with you.
- Shipment handover: you send the parcel via Nova Post to our warehouse in Ukraine, or we collect it with our own courier.
- Payment for services: you pay for our logistics services.
- Customs and border: when delivering the order, we take on customs brokerage services. No declarations or unnecessary expenses at the border.
- Parcel delivery: the European DPD service brings the parcel directly to your home or office anywhere in Greece.
Delivery time
- Regular parcel transit: takes approximately 2 weeks from the moment the shipment is registered at the Ukrainian warehouse.
- Large batch goods transportation: an individual transport schedule is applied based on your business requests.
How to track a shipment
You can monitor the movement of your parcels at every stage of the journey:
- Delivery within Ukraine: if you sent your cargo or online store order to our Ukrainian warehouse, be sure to provide the transport waybill number so we can accept and identify your shipment. If the parcel was collected by our courier, we will provide our own tracking number.
- Cross-border transportation: we record when the parcel is accepted, dispatched to Greece, and received at the European hub.
- Courier delivery in Greece: as soon as the parcel is dispatched from the warehouse to you, you receive an individual tracking number from the European DPD delivery service, which you can use to track the courier's final route.
Upon your request, we can set up automatic notifications about every logistics stage to a convenient messenger or e-mail. You can also check the shipment status with our managers — just provide the order number.
Delivery cost
The total shipping cost to Greece consists of two components:
- Cross-border transportation (Ukraine — Greece).
- Delivery within Greece to the recipient's door or the nearest post office.
1. Rates for cross-border transportation Ukraine — Greece
The cost is determined by three criteria, of which only the highest indicator is charged:
- 15% of the declared shipment value;
- 1.75 € per 1 kg of actual weight;
- 1.0 € per 1 kg of volumetric weight.
This system is equally fair for both small, expensive parcels and bulky, heavy cargo.
- No limits: we ensure delivery of goods regardless of their quantity and total order value.
- No customs issues: for individuals, customs clearance is included, and there are no additional payments at the border.
- Uniform rates for new and used goods: personal luggage, furniture, clothing, footwear, product samples — everything is calculated using a single standard tariff grid.
For certain cargo categories — fabrics, antiques, natural fur and leather, glass products, large batches of medications, or indivisible items weighing over 30 kg — the transportation cost is determined individually.
2. Delivery cost within Greece
Parcels
- up to 3 kg: 30 €;
- from 3 to 10 kg: 35 €;
- from 10 to 31 kg: 40 €.
Dimensional limits: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 250 cm.
Pallets
- up to 300 kg: 470 – 505 €;
- from 300 to 500 kg: 525 – 550 €;
- from 500 to 700 kg: 560 – 590 €.
Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
What affects the shipping cost
The final transportation price is formed taking into account several key parameters:
- cargo valuation;
- actual and volumetric weight of the shipment;
- logistics within Greece to the final addressee (by the company's own transport or via local European couriers);
- presence of cash receipts, invoices, and manufacturer's branded labels.
What is included in the base service price
We provide a full range of logistics services, so the standard rate already includes:
- assistance in selecting the required items from Ukrainian suppliers at optimal prices;
- negotiations with sellers, condition coordination, payment, and purchase of goods on your behalf;
- receiving, sorting, and storing cargo at our transit hubs in Ukraine and Greece;
- preparation of export documents;
- coverage of bank commissions for domestic Ukrainian money transfers;
- cargo transportation across the Ukraine — Greece border;
- brokerage support and resolution of customs formalities for individuals.
What is paid additionally
Despite providing comprehensive logistics to Greece, a number of accompanying services are not included in the main rate:
- delivery of goods from the supplier to our Ukrainian warehouse or address pickup of cargo by our courier;
- taxes and duties mandatory for official goods import into the EU (for corporate clients);
- return of goods to the Ukrainian seller in case of refusal or mismatch.
Rates for domestic transportation within Ukraine
If the sender or Ukrainian supplier cannot hand over the parcel to our transit warehouse, we can arrange a courier pickup.
Cost of cargo pickup within Ukraine and its transportation to our Ukrainian transit warehouse:
Parcels up to 30 kg (including weight)
- Cost: 2 – 10 € — the final price depends on the actual weight, volume, and declared insurance value.
- Dimensional limit: sum of sides by formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.
Pallets up to 500 kg
- Cost: 30 – 100 € — depends on the weight, cargo volume, and its declared value.
- Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
How to pay for delivery
We have provided convenient payment options — choose the one that suits you best:
- transfer in UAH to a FOP account in Ukraine;
- payment to a bank account in EUR / USD;
- cryptocurrency — USDT / Bitcoin;
- cash payment in our offices in Ukraine and Greece.
Prepayment procedure:
- Goods purchase service: if our company purchases goods in Ukraine on your behalf, a 100% advance payment is required — both for the goods' cost and their international transportation. We can inspect the goods before paying the seller and provide you with a video or photo report.
- Transportation only: if the goods are already purchased by you independently or it concerns personal belongings transportation, full payment for logistics services is made before crossing the border.
Cash on delivery is not available in European Union countries. Any international shipment is handed over for delivery exclusively after full settlement.

Online order delivery service from Ukraine to Greece
If the Ukrainian supplier does not deliver goods to Greece, we take care of it: we assist with payment, accept parcels at our transit warehouse in Ukraine, and if necessary, split shipments — to save on customs and deliver everything "to the door" without unnecessary customs expenses for private clients.

No. For private clients, our company resolves all matters regarding customs clearance. You will not have to pay extra for customs clearance after receiving the parcel.
