- Independent purchases: when placing an order with online sellers, specify our "Nova Post" branch as the delivery address. We will receive the product, check its condition if necessary, and organize further delivery to your Czech address.
- Purchasing goods upon your request: you pay the product cost to our account, and we arrange the purchase and deliver it to your address in Czechia.
- Transportation of parcels and luggage: simply hand over your luggage or parcel via "Nova Post" to the post office in our city or to our warehouse address. We will pick up the shipment, consolidate it with other cargo, and prepare it for dispatch to Czechia.
Shipping arrangement process
The interaction scheme is as follows:
- Arrangement: you inform us of the dimensions, weight, and value of the cargo.
- Agreement: we agree on the final estimate with you.

Delivery time
- Transit of regular parcels: takes approximately 2 weeks from the moment the shipment is registered at the Ukrainian warehouse.
- Transportation of large product batches: an individual vehicle movement schedule is applied based on your business requests.
How to track a shipment
You can monitor the movement of your parcels at every stage of the journey:
- Delivery within Ukraine: if you sent your cargo or online store order to our Ukrainian warehouse, be sure to provide the transport waybill number so we can receive and identify your shipment. If the parcel was picked up by our courier, we will provide our own tracking number.
- Cross-border transportation: we record when the parcel is accepted, dispatched to Czechia, and received at the European hub.
- Courier delivery within Czechia: as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse for you, you receive an individual tracking number from the European "DPD" delivery service, allowing you to track the courier's final route.

Delivery cost
The total cost for shipping to Czechia consists of two components:
- Cross-border transport (Ukraine — Czechia).
- Delivery within Czechia to the recipient's door or the nearest post office.
1. Rates for cross-border transport Ukraine — Czechia
The cost is determined by three criteria, of which only the highest indicator is charged:
- 15% of the declared value of the shipment;
- 1.75 € per 1 kg of actual weight;
- 1.0 € per 1 kg of volumetric weight.
This system is equally fair for both small, expensive parcels and bulky, heavy cargo.
- No limits: we ensure the delivery of goods regardless of their quantity and total order amount.
- No customs issues: for individuals, customs clearance is included, and there are no additional payments at the border.
- Uniform rates for new and used goods: personal luggage, furniture, clothing, shoes, product samples — everything is calculated according to a single standard rate grid.
For certain categories of cargo — fabrics, antiques, natural fur and leather, glass items, large batches of medicines, or indivisible items heavier than 30 kg — the transportation cost is determined individually.
2. Delivery cost within Czechia
Parcels
- up to 3 kg: 16 €;
- from 3 to 10 kg: 18 €;
- from 10 to 31 kg: 25 €.
Dimensional limits: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 250 cm.
Pallets
- up to 300 kg: 175 – 245 €;
- from 300 to 500 kg: 275 – 300 €;
- from 500 to 700 kg: 325 – 550 €.
Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
What affects the shipping cost
The final transportation price is formed taking into account several key parameters:
- cargo valuation;
- actual and volumetric weight of the shipment;
- logistics within Czechia to the final addressee (by the company's own transport or via local European couriers);
- presence of cash receipts, invoices, and manufacturer's brand labels.
What is included in the base service price
We provide a full range of logistics services, so the standard tariff already includes:
- assistance in selecting the required items from Ukrainian suppliers at optimal prices;
- negotiations with sellers, agreement on conditions, payment, and purchase of the product on your behalf;
- receiving, sorting, and storing cargo at our transit sites in Ukraine and Czechia;
- preparation of export documents;
- coverage of banking fees for domestic money transfers in Ukraine;
- transportation of cargo across the Ukraine — Czechia border;
- brokerage support and resolution of customs formalities for individuals.
What is paid additionally
Despite providing comprehensive logistics to Czechia, a number of related services are not included in the main tariff:
- delivery of the product from the supplier to our Ukrainian warehouse or address pickup of the cargo by our courier;
- taxes and duties mandatory for official import of goods into the EU (for corporate clients);
- return of the product to the Ukrainian seller in case of refusal or non-compliance.
Rates for domestic transport within Ukraine
If the sender or Ukrainian supplier cannot transfer the parcel to our transit warehouse, we can arrange a courier pickup.
Cost of cargo pickup within Ukraine and its transportation to our Ukrainian transit warehouse:
Parcels up to 30 kg (including weight)
- Cost: 2 – 10 € — the final price depends on the actual weight, volume, and declared insurance value.
- Dimensional limit: sum of sides according to the formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.
Pallets up to 500 kg
- Cost: 30 – 100 € — depends on the weight, volume of the cargo, and its declared value.
- Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
How to pay for delivery
We have provided convenient payment options — choose the one that suits you best:
- transfer in UAH to a FOP account in Ukraine;
- payment to a bank account in EUR / USD;
- cryptocurrency — USDT / Bitcoin;
- cash payment in our offices in Ukraine and Czechia.
Prepayment procedure:
- Product purchase service: if our company purchases the product in Ukraine on your behalf, a 100% advance payment is required — both for the cost of the product itself and for its international transportation. We can inspect the product before paying the seller and provide you with a video or photo report.
- Transportation only: if the product has already been purchased by you independently or if it concerns the transportation of personal belongings, full payment for logistics services is made before crossing the border.
Cash on delivery is not used in the European Union countries. Any international shipment is handed over for delivery exclusively after full settlement.

Online order delivery service from Ukraine to Czechia
If the Ukrainian supplier does not deliver the product to Czechia, we take care of it: we assist with payment, accept parcels at our transit warehouse in Ukraine, and if necessary, split shipments — to save on customs and deliver everything "to the door" without extra customs expenses for private clients.
