How the shipping service works
Courier delivery methods
To ensure maximum speed and affordable cost of international shipping, when collecting small cargo and personal belongings across Ukraine we use local courier services — in particular, Nova Post. Local operators bring shipments from any point in the country to our warehouse or to a branch in our city. This allows you not to pay for a separate trip of our transport to remote regions.
We offer the following delivery formats:
- Self-purchases: when placing an order with online sellers, specify our Nova Post branch as the delivery address. We will receive the goods, check their condition if necessary and arrange further delivery to your German address.
- Purchase of goods at your request: you pay the cost of the goods to our account, and we make the purchase and deliver it to your address in Germany.
- Transportation of parcels and baggage: simply hand over your baggage or parcel via Nova Post to a post office in our city or to our warehouse address. We will collect the shipment, consolidate it with other cargo and prepare it for dispatch to Germany.
Process of arranging transportation
The workflow looks like this:
- Order placement: you inform us of the dimensions, weight and value of the cargo.
- Approval: we agree the final estimate with you.
- Handover of the shipment: you send the parcel via Nova Post to our warehouse in Ukraine, or we collect it with our courier.
- Payment for services: you pay for our logistics services.
- Customs and border: when delivering the order, we take care of customs brokerage. No declarations and no extra costs at the border.
- Delivery of the parcel: the European DPD service brings the parcel directly to your home or office anywhere in Germany.
Delivery time
- Transit of regular parcels: approximately 2 weeks from the moment the shipment is recorded at the Ukrainian warehouse.
- Transportation of a large consignment of goods: an individual transport schedule is applied to meet your business needs.
How to track the shipment
You can monitor the movement of your parcels at every stage of the journey:
- Delivery within Ukraine: if you sent your cargo or an order from an online store to our Ukrainian warehouse, be sure to provide the transport waybill number so that we can receive and identify your shipment. If the parcel was collected by our courier, we will provide our own tracking number.
- Transportation across the border: we record when the parcel is accepted, dispatched to Germany and received at the European hub.
- Courier delivery in Germany: as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse for you, you receive an individual tracking number from the European delivery service DPD, which you can use to track the courier's final route.
On your request, we can set up automatic notifications about every logistics stage to a convenient messenger or e-mail. You can also find out the status of your shipment from our managers — just provide the order number.
Cost of delivery
The total cost of shipping to Germany consists of two components:
- Transportation across the border (Ukraine — Germany).
- Delivery within Germany to the recipient's door or the nearest post office.
1. Rates for transportation across the Ukraine — Germany border
The cost is determined by three criteria, and only the highest indicator is accepted for payment:
- 15% of the declared value of the shipment;
- 1.75 € per 1 kg of actual weight;
- 1.0 € per 1 kg of volumetric weight.
This system is equally fair for small high-value parcels and for bulky heavy cargo.
- No limits: we deliver goods regardless of their quantity and the total order amount.
- No customs issues: for individuals, customs clearance is included and there are no additional payments at the border.
- Uniform rates for new and used goods: personal baggage, furniture, clothing, footwear, product samples — everything is calculated according to a single standard rate grid.
For certain categories of cargo — fabrics, antiques, natural fur and leather, glassware, large batches of medicines or indivisible items heavier than 30 kg — the transportation cost is determined individually.
2. Cost of delivery within Germany
Parcels
- up to 3 kg: 16 €;
- from 3 to 10 kg: 18 €;
- from 10 to 31 kg: 23 €.
Dimensional restrictions: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 250 cm.
Pallets
- up to 300 kg: 170 – 205 €;
- from 300 to 500 kg: 230 – 260 €;
- from 500 to 700 kg: 280 – 310 €.
Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
What affects the shipping cost
The final transportation price is formed taking into account a number of key parameters:
- cargo valuation;
- actual and volumetric weight of the shipment;
- logistics within Germany to the final recipient (by the company's own transport or via local European couriers);
- availability of cash receipts, invoices and manufacturer's branded labels.
What is included in the base price of the service
We provide a full range of logistics services, so the standard rate already includes:
- assistance in selecting the necessary items from Ukrainian suppliers at optimal prices;
- negotiations with sellers, agreeing terms, payment and purchase of goods on your behalf;
- receipt, sorting and storage of cargo at our transit facilities in Ukraine and Germany;
- preparation of export documents;
- coverage of bank commissions for money transfers within Ukraine;
- transportation of cargo across the Ukraine — Germany border;
- brokerage support and settlement of customs formalities for individuals.
What is paid additionally
Although we provide comprehensive logistics to Germany, a number of related services are not included in the main rate:
- delivery of goods from the supplier to our Ukrainian warehouse or address collection of cargo by our courier;
- taxes and duties mandatory for official import of goods into the EU (for corporate clients);
- return of goods to the Ukrainian seller in case of refusal or non-compliance.
Rates for domestic transportation within Ukraine
If the sender or the Ukrainian supplier cannot hand over the parcel to our transit warehouse, we can order a courier pickup.
Cost of cargo pickup in Ukraine and its transportation to our Ukrainian transit warehouse:
Parcels up to 30 kg (weight included)
- Cost: 2 – 10 € — the final price depends on actual weight, volume and declared insurance value.
- Dimensional limit: the sum of sides according to the formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.
Pallets up to 500 kg
- Cost: 30 – 100 € — depends on weight, cargo volume and its declared value.
- Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
How to pay for delivery
We have provided convenient payment options — choose the one that suits you:
- transfer in UAH to the account of a FOP in Ukraine;
- payment to a bank account in EUR / USD;
- cryptocurrency — USDT / Bitcoin;
- cash payment at our offices in Ukraine and Germany.
Prepayment procedure:
- Product purchase service: if our company purchases goods in Ukraine on your behalf, a 100% advance payment is required — both for the cost of the goods themselves and for their international transportation. We can inspect the goods before paying the seller and provide you with a video or photo report.
- Transportation only: if the goods have already been purchased by you independently or we are talking about transporting personal belongings, full payment for logistics services is made before crossing the border.
In the countries of the European Union, payment on delivery is not used. Any international shipment is handed over for delivery exclusively after full payment.
Delivery calculator
To calculate the cost of transportation from Ukraine to Germany, specify the weight, packaging dimensions and estimated value of your shipment. Important calculation conditions:
- the minimum cost of delivering one parcel across the border to the EU is 10 €;
- the calculator already takes into account all customs costs and duties for individuals;
- domestic shipping within Ukraine to our warehouse (for example, by Nova Post) is not included in the calculation and is paid separately;
- the calculator is intended for private clients only. The cost of services for official import is determined individually.

Online order delivery service from Ukraine to Germany
If a Ukrainian supplier does not deliver goods to Germany, we take care of it: we help with payment, receive parcels at our transit warehouse in Ukraine and, if necessary, split shipments — to save on customs and deliver everything "to the door" without extra customs costs for private clients.

Do I need customs clearance for my parcel from Ukraine when receiving it in Germany?
No. For private clients, our company handles all matters related to customs clearance. You will not need to pay separately for customs clearance after receiving the parcel.
