Local operators bring shipments from any point in the country to our warehouse or branch in our city. This allows you to avoid paying for a separate trip of our transport to remote regions.
We provide the following delivery formats to choose from:
- Independent purchases: when placing an order with online sellers, specify our Nova Post branch as the delivery address. We will receive the goods, check their condition if necessary, and organise further delivery to your Belgian address.
- Purchasing goods upon your request: you pay the cost of the goods to our account, and we arrange the purchase and deliver it to your address in Belgium.
- Transportation of parcels and luggage: simply hand over your luggage or parcel via Nova Post to the post office in our city or to our warehouse address. We will collect the shipment, consolidate it with other cargo, and prepare it for dispatch to Belgium.
Shipping arrangement process
The interaction scheme is as follows:
- Arrangement: you inform us of the dimensions, weight, and value of the cargo.
- Coordination: we agree on the final estimate with you.
- Shipment handover: you send the parcel via Nova Post to our warehouse in Ukraine, or we collect it with our own courier.
- Payment for services: you pay for our logistics services.
- Customs and border: when delivering the order, we take on customs brokerage services. No declarations or unnecessary expenses at the border.
- Parcel delivery: the European DPD service brings the parcel directly to your home or office anywhere in Belgium.
Delivery time
- Transit of regular parcels: takes approximately 2 weeks from the moment the shipment is registered at the Ukrainian warehouse.
- Transportation of large batches of goods: an individual vehicle movement schedule is applied according to your business requests.
How to track a shipment
You can monitor the movement of your parcels at every stage of the journey:
- Delivery within Ukraine: if you sent your cargo or online store order to our Ukrainian warehouse, be sure to provide the consignment note number so we can accept and identify your shipment. If the parcel was collected by our courier, we will provide our own tracking number.
- Cross-border transportation: we record when the parcel is accepted, dispatched to Belgium, and received at the European hub.
- Courier delivery within Belgium: as soon as the parcel is dispatched from the warehouse to you, you receive an individual tracking number from the European DPD delivery service, which you can use to track the courier's final route.
Upon your request, we can set up automatic notifications about each logistics stage to a convenient messenger or e-mail. You can also check the shipment status with our managers — just provide the order number.
Delivery cost
The total cost for shipping to Belgium consists of two components:
- Cross-border transportation (Ukraine — Belgium).
- Delivery within Belgium to the recipient's door or the nearest post office.
1. Rates for cross-border transportation Ukraine — Belgium
The cost is determined by three criteria, of which only the highest value is charged:
- 15% of the declared value of the shipment;
- 1.75 € per 1 kg of actual weight;
- 1.0 € per 1 kg of volumetric weight.
This system is equally fair for both small, expensive parcels and bulky, heavy cargo.
- No limits: we ensure goods delivery regardless of their quantity and total order amount.
- No customs issues: for individuals, customs clearance is included, and there are no additional payments at the border.
- Uniform rates for new and used goods: personal luggage, furniture, clothing, shoes, product samples — everything is calculated according to a single standard rate grid.
For certain cargo categories — fabrics, antiques, natural fur and leather, glass items, large batches of medicines, or indivisible items heavier than 30 kg — the transportation cost is determined individually.
2. Delivery cost within Belgium
Parcels
- up to 3 kg: 16 €;
- from 3 to 10 kg: 18 €;
- from 10 to 31 kg: 25 €.
Dimensional limits: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 250 cm.
Pallets
- up to 300 kg: 210 – 230 €;
- from 300 to 500 kg: 240 – 265 €;
- from 500 to 700 kg: 290 – 315 €.
Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
What affects the shipping cost
The final transportation price is formed taking into account a number of key parameters:
- cargo valuation;
- actual and volumetric weight of the shipment;
- logistics within Belgium to the final addressee (by the company's own transport or via local European couriers);
- availability of cash receipts, invoices, and manufacturer's branded labels.
What is included in the base service price
We provide a full range of logistics services, so the standard rate already includes:
- assistance in selecting the required items from Ukrainian suppliers at optimal prices;
- negotiations with sellers, coordination of conditions, payment, and purchase of goods on your behalf;
- receiving, sorting, and storing cargo at our transit hubs in Ukraine and Belgium;
- preparation of export documents;
- coverage of bank fees for domestic Ukrainian money transfers;
- cargo transportation across the Ukraine — Belgium border;
- brokerage support and settlement of customs formalities for individuals.
What is paid additionally
Despite providing comprehensive logistics to Belgium, a number of related services are not included in the main rate:
- delivery of goods from the supplier to our Ukrainian warehouse or address-based cargo collection by our courier;
- taxes and duties mandatory for official goods import to the EU (for corporate clients);
- return of goods to the Ukrainian seller in case of refusal or mismatch.
Rates for domestic transportation within Ukraine
If the sender or Ukrainian supplier cannot deliver the parcel to our transit warehouse, we can arrange a courier pickup.
The cost of cargo pickup in Ukraine and its transportation to our Ukrainian transit warehouse:
Parcels up to 30 kg (including weight)
- Cost: 2 – 10 € — the final price depends on the actual weight, volume, and declared insured value.
- Dimensional limit: sum of sides by the formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.
Pallets up to 500 kg
- Cost: 30 – 100 € — depends on the weight, cargo volume, and its declared value.
- Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
How to pay for delivery
We have provided convenient payment options — choose the one that suits you best:
- transfer in UAH to a FOP account in Ukraine;
- payment to a bank account in EUR / USD;
- cryptocurrency — USDT / Bitcoin;
- cash payment in our offices in Ukraine and Belgium.
Prepayment procedure:
- Goods purchasing service: if our company purchases goods in Ukraine on your behalf, a 100% advance payment is required — both for the cost of the goods themselves and for their international transportation. We can inspect the goods before paying the seller and provide you with a video or photo report.
- Transportation only: if the goods have already been purchased by you independently or it concerns the transportation of personal belongings, full payment for logistics services is made before crossing the border.
In the territory of the European Union countries, cash on delivery is not used. Any international shipment is handed over for delivery exclusively after full payment.

- the calculator is designed only for private clients. The cost of services for official import is determined individually.

Online order delivery service from Ukraine to Belgium
