Courier delivery methods

Local operators bring shipments from any point in the country to our warehouse or branch in our city. This allows you to avoid paying for a separate trip of our transport to remote regions.
We provide the following delivery formats to choose from:
- Independent purchases: when placing an order with online sellers, specify our Nova Post branch as the delivery address. We will receive the product, check its condition if necessary, and organize further delivery to your Slovenian address.
- Purchasing goods upon your request: you pay the product cost to our account, and we arrange the purchase and deliver it to your address in Slovenia.
- Transport of parcels and luggage: simply hand over your luggage or parcel via Nova Post to the post office in our city or to our warehouse address. We will pick up the shipment, consolidate it with other cargo, and prepare it for shipment to Slovenia.
Shipping arrangement process
The interaction scheme is as follows:
- Arrangement: you inform us of the dimensions, weight, and value of the cargo.
- Agreement: we agree on the final estimate with you.
- Handing over the shipment: you send the parcel via Nova Post to our warehouse in Ukraine, or we pick it up with our own courier.
- Payment for services: you pay for our logistics services.
- Customs and border: when delivering the order, we take on customs brokerage services. No declarations or unnecessary expenses at the border.
- Parcel delivery: the European DPD service delivers the parcel right to your home or office anywhere in Slovenia.
Delivery time
- Transit of regular parcels: takes approximately 2 weeks from the moment the shipment is registered at the Ukrainian warehouse.
- Transportation of large batches of goods: an individual transport schedule is applied based on your business requests.
How to track a shipment
You can monitor the movement of your parcels at every stage of the journey:
- Delivery within Ukraine: if you sent your cargo or order from an online store to our Ukrainian warehouse, be sure to provide the transport waybill number so we can receive and identify your shipment. If the parcel was picked up by our courier, we will provide our own tracking number.
- Cross-border transportation: we record when the parcel is accepted, sent to Slovenia, and received at the European hub.
- Courier delivery within Slovenia: as soon as the parcel is dispatched from the warehouse to you, you receive an individual tracking number from the European DPD delivery service, which allows you to track the courier's final route.
Upon your request, we can set up automatic notifications about each stage of logistics to a convenient messenger or e-mail. You can also check the shipment status with our managers — just provide the order number.
Delivery cost
The total cost of shipping to Slovenia consists of two components:
- Cross-border transportation (Ukraine — Slovenia).
- Delivery within Slovenia to the recipient's door or the nearest post office.
1. Rates for cross-border transportation Ukraine — Slovenia
The cost is determined by three criteria, of which only the highest indicator is charged:
- 15% of the declared value of the shipment;
- 1.75 € per 1 kg of actual weight;
- 1.0 € per 1 kg of volumetric weight.
This system is equally fair for both small, expensive parcels and bulky, heavy cargo.
- No limits: we ensure the delivery of goods regardless of their quantity and the total order amount.
- No customs issues: for individuals, customs clearance is included, and there are no additional payments at the border.
- Uniform rates for new and used goods: personal luggage, furniture, clothing, shoes, product samples — everything is calculated according to a single standard rate grid.
For certain categories of cargo — fabrics, antiques, natural fur and leather, glass products, large batches of medicines, or indivisible items heavier than 30 kg — the transportation cost is determined individually.
2. Cost of delivery within Slovenia
Parcels
- up to 3 kg: 20 €;
- from 3 to 10 kg: 23 €;
- from 10 to 31 kg: 25 €.
Dimensional restrictions: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 250 cm.
Pallets
- up to 300 kg: 240 – 295 €;
- from 300 to 500 kg: 305 – 315 €;
- from 500 to 700 kg: 340 – 365 €.
Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
What affects the shipping cost
The final transportation price is formed taking into account a number of key parameters:
- cargo valuation;
- actual and volumetric weight of the shipment;
- logistics within Slovenia to the final addressee (by the company's own transport or via local European couriers);
- presence of cash receipts, invoices, and manufacturer's brand labels.
What is included in the base service price
We provide a full range of logistics services, so the standard rate already includes:
- assistance in selecting the required items from Ukrainian suppliers at optimal prices;
- negotiations with sellers, coordination of conditions, payment, and purchase of goods on your behalf;
- receiving, sorting, and storing cargo at our transit hubs in Ukraine and Slovenia;
- preparation of export documents;
- coverage of bank commissions for domestic money transfers in Ukraine;
- transport of cargo across the Ukraine — Slovenia border;
- brokerage support and settlement of customs formalities for individuals.
What is paid additionally
Despite providing comprehensive logistics to Slovenia, a number of related services are not included in the main rate:
- delivery of goods from the supplier to our Ukrainian warehouse or address pickup of cargo by our courier;
- taxes and duties mandatory for the official import of goods into the EU (for corporate clients);
- return of goods to the Ukrainian seller in case of refusal or non-compliance.
Rates for domestic transportation within Ukraine
If the sender or Ukrainian supplier cannot hand over the parcel to our transit warehouse, we can order a courier pickup.
The cost of picking up cargo within Ukraine and transporting it to our Ukrainian transit warehouse:
Parcels up to 30 kg (including weight)
- Cost: 2 – 10 € — the final price depends on the actual weight, volume, and declared insurance value.
- Dimensional limit: sum of sides according to the formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.
Pallets up to 500 kg
- Cost: 30 – 100 € — depends on the weight, volume of the cargo, and its declared value.
- Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
How to pay for delivery
We have provided convenient payment options — choose the one that suits you best:
- transfer in UAH to a FOP account in Ukraine;
- payment to a bank account in EUR / USD;
- cryptocurrency — USDT / Bitcoin;
- cash payment in our offices in Ukraine and Slovenia.
Prepayment procedure:
- Product purchase service: if our company purchases goods in Ukraine on your behalf, a 100% advance payment is required — both for the cost of the goods themselves and for their international transportation. We can inspect the goods before paying the seller and provide you with a video or photo report.
- Transportation only: if the goods have already been purchased by you independently or if it concerns the transportation of personal belongings, full payment for logistics services is made before crossing the border.
Cash on delivery is not used in the countries of the European Union. Any international shipment is handed over for delivery exclusively after full payment.
Delivery calculator

- the minimum cost of delivering one parcel across the border to the EU is 10 €;
- the calculator already includes all customs expenses and duties for individuals;
- domestic shipping within Ukraine to our warehouse (for example, via Nova Post) is not included in the calculation and is paid separately;
- the calculator is designed only for private clients. The cost of services for official import is determined individually.

Online order delivery service from Ukraine to Slovenia
