- Purchasing a product upon your request: you pay the product cost to our account, and we arrange the purchase and deliver it to your address in Luxembourg.
- Transportation of parcels and baggage: simply hand over your baggage or parcel via Nova Post to the postal branch in our city or to our warehouse address. We will collect the shipment, consolidate it with other cargo, and prepare it for shipment to Luxembourg.

Delivery time
- Transit of regular parcels: takes approximately 2 weeks from the moment the shipment is registered at the Ukrainian warehouse.
- Transportation of large product batches: an individual transport schedule is applied based on your business requests.
How to track a shipment
You can monitor the movement of your parcels at every stage of the journey:
- Delivery within Ukraine: if you sent your cargo or an online store order to our Ukrainian warehouse, be sure to provide the consignment number so we can receive and identify your shipment. If the parcel was collected by our courier, we will provide our own tracking number.
- Cross-border transportation: we record when the parcel is accepted, shipped to Luxembourg, and received at the European hub.
- Courier delivery in Luxembourg: as soon as the parcel is dispatched from the warehouse to you, you receive an individual tracking number from the European DPD delivery service, allowing you to track the courier's final route.

Delivery cost
The total shipping cost to Luxembourg consists of two components:
- Cross-border transportation (Ukraine — Luxembourg).

1. Rates for cross-border transportation Ukraine — Luxembourg
The cost is determined by three criteria, of which only the highest indicator is charged:
- 15% of the declared value of the shipment;
- 1.75 € per 1 kg of actual weight;
- 1.0 € per 1 kg of volumetric weight.
This system is equally fair for both small, expensive parcels and bulky, heavy cargo.
- No limits: we ensure the delivery of goods regardless of their quantity and total order amount.
- No customs issues: for individuals, customs clearance is included, and there are no additional payments at the border.
- Uniform rates for new and used goods: personal baggage, furniture, clothing, footwear, product samples — everything is calculated using a single standard tariff grid.
For certain cargo categories — fabrics, antiques, natural fur and leather, glass products, large batches of medications, or indivisible items heavier than 30 kg — the transportation cost is determined individually.
2. Cost of delivery across Luxembourg
Parcels
- up to 3 kg: 16 €;
- from 3 to 10 kg: 23 €;
- from 10 to 31 kg: 25 €.
Dimensional limits: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 250 cm.
Pallets
- up to 300 kg: 270 – 290 €;
- from 300 to 500 kg: 295 – 300 €;
- from 500 to 700 kg: 305 – 310 €.
Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
What affects the shipping cost
The final transportation price is formed considering several key parameters:
- cargo valuation;
- actual and volumetric weight of the shipment;
- logistics within Luxembourg to the final addressee (using the company's own transport or local European couriers);
- presence of cash receipts, invoices, and manufacturer's brand labels.
What is included in the base service price
We provide a comprehensive range of logistics services, so the standard rate already includes:

What is paid additionally
Despite providing comprehensive logistics to Luxembourg, several accompanying services are not included in the main rate:
- delivery of the product from the supplier to our Ukrainian warehouse or address-based cargo collection by our courier;
- taxes and duties mandatory for official product import into the EU (for corporate clients);
- return of the product to the Ukrainian seller in case of refusal or non-compliance.
Rates for domestic transportation within Ukraine
If the sender or Ukrainian supplier cannot deliver the parcel to our transit warehouse, we can arrange courier collection.
Cost of cargo collection in Ukraine and its transportation to our Ukrainian transit warehouse:
Parcels up to 30 kg (including weight)
- Cost: 2 – 10 € — the final price depends on the actual weight, volume, and declared insurance value.
- Dimensional limit: sum of sides by the formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.
Pallets up to 500 kg
- Cost: 30 – 100 € — depends on the weight, volume of the cargo, and its declared value.
- Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
How to pay for delivery
We have provided convenient payment options — choose the one that suits you best:
- transfer in UAH to a FOP account in Ukraine;
- payment to a bank account in EUR / USD;
- cryptocurrency — USDT / Bitcoin;
- cash payment in our offices in Ukraine and Luxembourg.
Prepayment procedure:
- Product purchase service: if our company purchases the product in Ukraine on your behalf, a 100% advance payment is required — for both the product cost and its international transportation. We can inspect the product before paying the seller and provide you with a video or photo report.
- Transportation only: if the product has already been purchased by you independently or if it involves transporting personal belongings, full payment for logistics services is made before crossing the border.
Within the European Union countries, cash on delivery is not used. Any international shipment is handed over for delivery exclusively after full payment.
