Local operators bring shipments from any point in the country to our warehouse or to a branch in our city. This allows you to avoid paying for a separate trip by our transport to remote regions.
We offer the following delivery formats:
- Independent purchases: when placing an order with online sellers, specify our Nova Post branch as the delivery address. We will receive the goods, check their condition if necessary, and arrange further delivery to your Austrian address.
- Purchase of goods at your request: you pay the cost of the goods to our account, and we make the purchase and deliver it to your address in Austria.
- Transportation of parcels and luggage: simply hand over your luggage or parcel via Nova Post to a post office in our city or to our warehouse address. We will pick up the shipment, consolidate it with other cargo, and prepare it for dispatch to Austria.
Transportation arrangement process
The interaction process is as follows:
- Ordering: you inform us of the dimensions, weight, and value of the cargo.
- Approval: we agree the final estimate with you.
- Handover of the shipment: you send the parcel via Nova Post to our warehouse in Ukraine, or we pick it up with our courier.
- Payment for services: you pay for our logistics services.
- Customs and border: when delivering the order, we handle customs brokerage. No declarations and no extra costs at the border.
- Delivery of the parcel: the European DPD service brings the parcel directly to your home or office anywhere in Austria.
Delivery time
- Transit of regular parcels: approximately 2 weeks from the moment the shipment is recorded at the Ukrainian warehouse.
- Transportation of a large consignment of goods: an individual transport schedule is applied to meet your business needs.
How to track the shipment
You can monitor the movement of your parcels at every stage of the journey:
- Delivery within Ukraine: if you sent your cargo or an online store order to our Ukrainian warehouse, be sure to provide the transport waybill number so that we can accept and identify your shipment. If the parcel was picked up by our courier, we will provide our own tracking number.
- Transportation across the border: we record when the parcel is accepted, sent to Austria, and received at the European hub.
- Courier delivery within Austria: as soon as the parcel is dispatched from the warehouse to you, you receive an individual tracking number from the European delivery service DPD, which you can use to track the courier's final route.
At your request, we can set up automatic notifications about each logistics stage to a convenient messenger or email. You can also check the shipment status with our managers — just provide the order number.
Delivery cost
The total cost of shipping to Austria consists of two components:
- Transportation across the border (Ukraine — Austria).
- Delivery within Austria to the recipient's door or the nearest post office.
1. Rates for transportation across the border Ukraine — Austria
The cost is determined by three criteria, of which only the highest indicator is accepted for payment:
- 15% of the declared value of the shipment;
- 1.75 € per 1 kg of actual weight;
- 1.0 € per 1 kg of volumetric weight.
This system is equally fair for small high-value parcels and for bulky heavy cargo.
- No limits: we ensure delivery of goods regardless of their quantity and the total order value.
- No customs issues: for individuals, customs clearance is included and there are no additional payments at the border.
- Uniform rates for new and used goods: personal luggage, furniture, clothing, shoes, product samples — everything is calculated according to a single standard tariff grid.
For certain cargo categories — fabrics, antiques, natural fur and leather, glassware, large batches of medicines, or indivisible items heavier than 30 kg — the transportation cost is determined individually.
2. Delivery cost within Austria
Parcels
- up to 3 kg: 16 €;
- from 3 to 10 kg: 18 €;
- from 10 to 31 kg: 25 €.
Dimensional limits: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 250 cm.
Pallets
- up to 300 kg: 230 – 245 €;
- from 300 to 500 kg: 275 – 300 €;
- from 500 to 700 kg: 330 – 350 €.
Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
What affects the shipping cost
The final transportation price is formed taking into account a number of key parameters:
- cargo valuation;
- actual and volumetric weight of the shipment;
- logistics within Austria to the final recipient (by the company's own transport or through local European couriers);
- availability of receipts, invoices, and manufacturer labels.
What is included in the base price of the service
We provide a full range of logistics services, so the standard rate already includes:
- assistance in selecting the required items from Ukrainian suppliers at optimal prices;
- negotiations with sellers, agreement of terms, payment and purchase of goods on your behalf;
- acceptance, sorting, and storage of cargo at our transit facilities in Ukraine and Austria;
- preparation of export documents;
- covering bank commissions for money transfers within Ukraine;
- transportation of cargo across the border Ukraine — Austria;
- brokerage support and settlement of customs formalities for individuals.
What is paid additionally
Although we provide comprehensive logistics to Austria, a number of related services are not included in the main rate:
- delivery of goods from the supplier to our Ukrainian warehouse or addressed pickup of cargo by our courier;
- taxes and duties mandatory for the official import of goods into the EU (for corporate clients);
- return of goods to the Ukrainian seller in case of refusal or non-compliance.
Rates for domestic transportation in Ukraine
If the sender or Ukrainian supplier cannot hand the parcel over to our transit warehouse, we can arrange a courier pickup.
Cost of cargo pickup in Ukraine and its transportation to our Ukrainian transit warehouse:
Parcels up to 30 kg (including weight)
- Cost: 2 – 10 € — the final price depends on actual weight, volume, and declared insurance value.
- Dimensional limit: sum of sides according to the formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.
Pallets up to 500 kg
- Cost: 30 – 100 € — depends on weight, cargo volume, and its declared value.
- Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
How to pay for delivery
We have provided convenient payment options — choose the one that suits you:
- transfer in UAH to a sole proprietor's account in Ukraine;
- payment to a bank account in EUR / USD;
- cryptocurrency — USDT / Bitcoin;
- cash payment in our offices in Ukraine and Austria.
Prepayment procedure:
- Purchase service: if our company purchases goods in Ukraine on your behalf, a 100% advance payment is required — both for the cost of the goods and for their international transportation. We can inspect the goods before paying the seller and provide you with a video or photo report.
- Transportation only: if the goods have already been purchased by you or we are talking about transporting personal belongings, full payment for logistics services is made before crossing the border.
In the countries of the European Union, payment on delivery is not used. Any international shipment is handed over for delivery only after full payment.
Delivery calculator

- the minimum cost of delivering one parcel across the border to the EU is 10 €;

- domestic shipping within Ukraine to our warehouse (for example, via Nova Post) is not included in the calculation and is paid separately;
- the calculator is intended for private clients only. The cost of services for official import is determined individually.

Online order delivery service from Ukraine to Austria
If a Ukrainian supplier does not deliver goods to Austria, we take care of it: we help with payment, receive parcels at our transit warehouse in Ukraine, and split shipments if necessary — to save on customs and deliver everything "to the door" without extra customs costs for private clients.
