European VAT refund

When purchasing goods in Europe, you automatically pay VAT — up to 27% of the purchase price. We help return this amount to both individuals and entrepreneurs. The procedure is fast, does not affect the delivery cost and does not entail additional tax obligations in Ukraine.

Transit warehouse in Europe for receiving goods

With our service you get a personal address and a warehouse hub. Send any goods to Ukraine! We will take care of everything: receive the cargo, keep it at the warehouse and safely deliver it to Ukraine. Dispatch is possible both personally to you and to your customers (via dropshipping).

An alternative to contraband: how to transport goods from Europe to Ukraine profitably and legally

Despite the fact that 'grey' delivery schemes are still popular in Ukraine, there is absolutely no need to risk your business and reputation. We know how to transport any goods as economically as possible, but in strict compliance with the laws of Ukraine and the EU.

What we offer to optimize costs

  • Negotiations with suppliers: we take over the dialogue with European factories and warehouses, and secure the best wholesale prices for you.
  • Smart delivery by 'norms' (cargo splitting): we split a large batch and its value into parts, issuing separate export documents. This allows legally bringing in the goods without having to pay customs clearance duties.
  • Official VAT refund: we properly prepare export documents, which allows us to return up to 27% of the initial value of goods in the EU to you.
  • Free brokerage service: we fully organize the work with customs, while charging no commissions for broker services.
  • Stable deliveries: we establish reliable and cost-effective transportation of your cargo at honest and transparent rates.

Transporting goods to Ukraine legally can be just as profitable as via contraband channels, but much safer.

How the service of shipping from Europe to Ukraine works

Courier delivery formats to Ukraine

Regardless of the cargo type or the number of items in the order, we offer the following cooperation options:

  1. You purchase the goods yourself: if you want to receive an online order from the EU to Ukraine, you can provide our European warehouse address as the recipient address. Our company accepts parcels at the EU warehouse and arranges their delivery to Ukraine.
  2. We purchase goods on your behalf: after prepayment to our company account, we ourselves make the purchase, prepare export documents for VAT refund (if possible) and organize delivery.
  3. Transportation of parcels and personal luggage: if you need to send personal belongings or previously purchased goods, just hand over the parcel to our warehouse or order pickup from your address in Europe.

Payment for our delivery — only upon receipt of the cargo in Ukraine.

The process of arranging transportation to Ukraine

The entire delivery process from Europe to Ukraine, both consolidated cargo and individual parcels, is as simple as possible:

  1. Order placement: specify the weight, dimensions and value of the shipment.
  2. Price setting: we agree on the final cost of services.
  3. Shipment pickup: send the cargo to our transit warehouse or order pickup by our courier.
  4. Transportation across the border: we prepare the necessary documents and send the cargo to Ukraine.
  5. Customs: we handle all border clearance issues ourselves. You do not need to look for a broker or fill in a customs declaration. For private customers, there are no hidden fees, VAT or other additional costs.
  6. Receipt and payment for services: within Ukraine we will send the parcel to your address via the service you choose (or deliver with our own vehicle). Payment for our services — upon receipt.

Delivery times to Ukraine

  • Standard times: from 1 to 2 weeks from the moment the cargo arrives at our warehouse in Europe until dispatch within Ukraine.
  • Delivery with VAT invoice: arranging export and tax refund may extend the times by another 1 week.
  • Large batches of goods: times for commercial deliveries are discussed individually.

How to track a shipment from Europe to Ukraine

Our logistics company offers a transparent monitoring system:

  • Shipping within the EU: when sending independently or when buying goods in Europe, it is important to provide the tracking number to monitor the shipment until it reaches our transit warehouse. If we picked up the shipment with our own courier, we will provide our tracking number.
  • Cross-border shipping: we record the arrival of the order at our EU warehouse, dispatch across the border and arrival at the warehouse in Ukraine.
  • Shipping within Ukraine: after dispatch within Ukraine, you receive a tracking number of the Ukrainian delivery service, for example 'Nova Poshta', to track further movement of the shipment on their website.

Upon your request, we can notify you about each delivery stage via messenger or email. Information can also be obtained from our managers by providing the order number.

Rates for delivery from Europe to Ukraine

Standard delivery cost to Ukraine

We have transparent rates. You pay only one amount — whichever is greater:

  • 15% of the item value;
  • 1.5 € per 1 kg of actual weight;
  • 0.75 € per 1 kg of volumetric weight.

The cost of services remains fair and beneficial for both expensive goods and heavy parcels.

  • No limits: we deliver without restrictions on value or quantity.
  • No payments at the border: we can split the cargo into parts and issue separate export documents to avoid customs charges for individuals within the framework of current Ukrainian legislation. Terms for entrepreneurs are discussed individually taking into account the customer's wishes.
  • Rates are the same for new and used goods: we deliver electronics, professional equipment, branded items, used appliances and other goods at a fixed price.
Exceptions

For some product categories (e.g. fabrics, furs, glass, indivisible items heavier than 50 kg) the cost is calculated individually by agreement.

What determines the delivery price to Ukraine

The final cost of delivery from the EU to Ukraine is influenced by the following factors:

  • estimated value of the cargo;
  • weight and dimensions;
  • method of cargo pickup within the EU — by our transport or via European courier;
  • availability of an invoice with VAT — allows refunding European tax.

What is included in our service cost

We offer comprehensive delivery, so the price already includes:

  • assistance in searching for goods in the EU;
  • negotiations with European sellers, clarification of details, payment for goods and purchase on your behalf (if needed);
  • provision of a European company for wholesale purchases on B2B platforms at net prices;
  • free receipt and storage of goods at our warehouses in Europe and Ukraine;
  • preparation of export documents through a broker for VAT refund;
  • bank fees for transfers within the EU;
  • transportation of cargo across the Europe – Ukraine border;
  • customs brokerage services and payments for individuals.

Additional expenses

Even though we provide turnkey logistics, some costs are paid separately:

  • shipping within Europe from the seller to our warehouse, or pickup of cargo from an address by our transport;
  • customs payments if you export goods as an entrepreneur;
  • delivery within Ukraine — individual parcels are sent by Ukrainian services at their internal rates (large cargo is delivered by our own vehicle);
  • return of goods back to the EU if they are unsuitable.

Cost of address cargo pickup in Europe

For picking up small batches of goods within the EU, we use the services of our European partners 'DPD', which deliver parcels from all over Europe to our warehouse. This is convenient and cost-effective when the European seller does not ship independently, and picking up by our own transport is either too far or impractical.

Parcels up to 31 kg (weight including packaging)

  • Cost: approximately 5 – 30 € (depends on the specific country).
  • Maximum parcel size: the sum of the sides must not exceed 2a + 2b + c ≤ 250 cm (for Poland the limit is ≤ 300 cm).

Pallets up to 700 kg

  • Cost: 35 – 90 € (depends on the specific country).
  • Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.

If you need to pick up a large batch of cargo or oversized parcels, we will offer our own transport at a negotiated price.

Rates for domestic logistics within Ukraine

The cost of delivery by internal courier services within Ukraine depends on the dimensions and category of the shipment:

Parcels up to 30 kg (with packaging)

  • Cost: 2 – 10 € (the final price depends on actual weight, parcel volume and its insured value).
  • Dimensional restrictions: sum of sides must not exceed 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.

Pallets up to 500 kg

  • Cost: 30 – 100 € (depends on weight, pallet cargo volume and declared value).
  • Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.

How to save on delivery of goods from Europe to Ukraine

When purchasing in the EU, you can save significantly by refunding European VAT. It is charged on almost all categories of goods and is indicated in the invoice issued by the seller. More details on the page: VAT refund.

How to pay for delivery services from Europe to Ukraine

Our services can be paid in a way convenient for you:

  • to a sole proprietor account in UAH;
  • to our European company account in USD / EUR;
  • to a crypto wallet in USDT / Bitcoin;
  • in cash in Ukraine or Poland;
  • at the post office in Ukraine upon receipt.

Prepayment rules:

Delivery of goods and online purchases from Europe to Ukraine

With our forwarding service, delivery of orders from the EU to Ukraine becomes even more convenient. If a European store does not ship directly to Ukraine, we take on this task. In addition, we help with VAT refund on European goods, which makes purchases even more profitable. If necessary, we can legally split the order into several shipments, allowing you to reduce customs costs regardless of the quantity and value of goods. We provide an address and warehouse where you can place orders from any online stores in Europe. First, the parcel arrives at our transit warehouse, and then it is sent to Ukraine.

What can and cannot be transported from Europe to Ukraine

Before arranging international shipping, we recommend that you study the current customs requirements in advance. All cargo is divided into two categories: completely prohibited for transportation and those whose shipment is allowed but subject to strict restrictions and conditions.

Allowed to import with restrictions

Allowed for transportation subject to the availability of necessary documents and by prior arrangement:

  • excise goods, alcoholic beverages;
  • medicines, vitamins, dietary supplements;
  • furs and hides;
  • live plants, seeds and planting material;
  • batteries, chemical liquids and powders, flammable substances;
  • feed for domestic and agricultural animals;
  • antiques, works of art;
  • precious metals, precious and semi-precious stones;
  • certain military and dual-use goods;
  • items intended for personal defense.

Strictly prohibited to import into Ukraine

The goods and substances listed below are strictly prohibited for transportation — without any exceptions — in accordance with international law and safety requirements:

  • psychotropic and narcotic substances;
  • tobacco products and vaping liquids;
  • firearms and cold weapons, ammunition;
  • explosive, flammable, radioactive and pyrotechnic materials;
  • goods from the territory of Russia and Belarus;
  • live animals, as well as furs, hides and other parts of animals obtained by poaching;
  • unknown liquid and powder substances without documents confirming their origin and composition.

This is only the main part of transportation restrictions. The full list can be viewed on the page: Items prohibited for import into Ukraine.

How to shop safely in Europe

So that online shopping in Europe remains a pleasant experience and the ordered goods reach you in Ukraine without obstacles, it is worth choosing trading platforms wisely. We have gathered a few simple but effective recommendations that will help you avoid unscrupulous sellers and low-quality products.

Checking seller reliability

  • Choose verified platforms: give preference to official brand websites and large marketplaces. Beware of stores with abnormally low prices and incredible discounts.
  • Study the website history: before placing an order, check how long the domain has been registered and search for general information about the resource online.
  • Analyze reviews: do not limit yourself to comments on the store's own website. Look for real buyer opinions on independent resources such as Trustpilot.
  • Check the details: pay attention to the presence of a VAT number in the documents. If it is missing, you are most likely buying from a private individual or a small trader.

Checking product quality and price

  • Monitor prices: use local price aggregators to find the best offer and track how the item price has changed.
  • Filter reviews: on large marketplaces, you often find paid, non-informative comments to boost ratings. Look for reviews on third-party forums and websites.
  • Read the description to the end: sellers often hide information about defects at the very bottom of the text, counting on the buyer's inattention, mainly concerning used items.
  • Request real photos: images on the website are often only illustrative or retouched. Ask the seller to send current photos of the product from all angles.
  • Study warranty conditions: clarify the warranty period and the availability of service centers. If you order to Ukraine, make sure there are official brand workshops here — this will save you from having to send the item back to Europe for repair.

Security of financial transactions

Never use your main salary or credit card for online shopping. The optimal solution is to issue a separate virtual card and transfer exactly the amount needed for a specific purchase to it. This will protect your main funds in case of payment data theft. Between purchases, such a card can be temporarily blocked. Also, payment systems with consumer protection features, such as PayPal, offer an excellent level of security.

Risks of self-purchasing in the EU

Purchasing in Europe without intermediaries can bring a lot of headaches:

  • Translation difficulties: due to the language barrier, even using online translators, it is easy to make a mistake with color, size or configuration. Also, sellers may respond with long delays or completely ignore your messages.
  • Payment and logistics restrictions: not all European stores accept Ukrainian bank cards and ship orders to Ukraine.
  • Bureaucracy and customs: retail stores rarely bother with proper preparation of invoices, certificates and export documents. As a result, you may face border delays, overpayment of duties and loss of the opportunity to reclaim VAT.
  • Return difficulties: it is almost impossible to inspect the item before payment, and the procedure for returning defective goods to Europe is very expensive and time-consuming.

Why standard forwarders are not always suitable for delivering orders to Ukraine

When ordering from the EU to Ukraine, it is important to consider purchase and logistics in advance. Popular postal services have a large number of limitations: they do not check sellers, do not negotiate and do not secure wholesale prices, do not inspect parcels, do not refund VAT, are subject to a strict limit on duty-free imports, do not help with documents, do not work with bulky cargo, set high rates and charge commissions for brokerage services.

Advantages of our delivery service to Ukraine

Our company provides comprehensive services for purchasing goods from any EU country and delivering to Ukraine. Unlike standard courier services, we offer:

  • Supplier and product quality control: We check the seller, request additional information before paying for the order, and at the customer's request — after receiving the goods we physically inspect them and provide a photo report.
  • Negotiation assistance: we take over communication with stores and bargain on your behalf.
  • Reduction of customs costs: we properly prepare export documents, help legally avoid or reduce customs fees (by splitting the batch) and assist with VAT refund.
  • Any dimensions: we have no strict limits on the weight and size of shipments.

How to order goods and delivery from European stores to Ukraine

The whole process takes just a few steps:

  1. Send the link to the chosen item to our managers.
  2. We will provide you with a personal European address for making purchases.
  3. You can place orders in online stores yourself or entrust the purchase to our service.
  4. If you buy yourself, forward us the tracking number provided by the European seller.
  5. Tell us the convenient delivery method and your address in Ukraine.
  6. Payment for logistics occurs directly at the post office when issuing the parcel.

Reliable intermediary in Europe

Over the years of operation, we have successfully completed thousands of orders of various types for both private customers and entrepreneurs.

Moreover, we offer Full cycle support of commercial transactions. Our company will help find verified suppliers and manufacturers, agreeing on the most favorable wholesale prices, and will fully support the conclusion of foreign trade contracts and organize international transportation, handling all customs and brokerage formalities at the border.

Our guarantees when purchasing products in Europe

Our company can act as an intermediary for purchasing goods in the EU and organize logistics to Ukraine. In this case, we guarantee:

  • Transparent rates: all our services are calculated in a clear way and without separate payments at the border.
  • No commissions: without costs for brokerage services and currency conversion fees.
  • Free storage: we store your orders free of charge for up to 30 days.
  • Support in different languages: we communicate in Ukrainian, Russian, English and Polish.
  • Cargo insurance: we bear responsibility for delivery to Ukraine. In case of loss or damage due to our fault, we compensate the declared value of the goods. More details in the section: Insurance of shipments from Europe.

What is beyond our area of responsibility

We provide a purchase service in the EU and delivery of goods to Ukraine, but we are not the direct seller. Therefore, we cannot influence the following points:

  • Product quality: the seller is responsible for it.
  • Return conditions: not all sellers support returns.
  • Warranty service: for these questions you need to contact the seller or manufacturer.
  • Exact product match: images may be for reference only, and the description is not always complete.
  • Seller's good faith: even if the goods are officially paid from our European company's account, we cannot 100% guarantee that the seller will ship them. There is no cash on delivery in Europe, so all payments are made in advance. Unfortunately, scammers exist here as well. In disputable situations, we try to resolve the issue through the police, court or marketplace administration, but this may take an indefinite time.
Please note

The buyer is responsible for choosing the product and the seller, even if our company assisted with the choice or provided consultation.

Why choose our delivery service from Europe to Ukraine

Transportation to Ukraine without customs complications

We organize delivery from Europe without unnecessary bureaucracy and formalities. Private customers do not need to separately calculate duties and taxes — everything is already taken into account, without hidden payments and border delays. And for entrepreneurs, we offer individual solutions that help minimize customs costs.

Own warehouse

We provide a free address and warehouse in the EU for receiving orders. We accept parcels from sellers, consolidate shipments, repack them and prepare for dispatch to Ukraine.

Turnkey purchase of goods

We take over the entire process: from searching and purchasing goods in any European country to delivering the order to your address in Ukraine. Our rate includes a wide range of services without the need to separately pay for a warehouse, broker or additional border charges.

B2B wholesale bases

We provide a European company with a VAT number for access to wholesale bases in the EU at net prices. Buying goods without VAT gives businesses a higher margin and makes resale in Ukraine significantly more profitable.

VAT refund

Our company has a European VAT number, which allows exporting goods outside the European Union and reclaiming VAT. This allows saving up to 27% of the purchase price. Buy wisely and get your VAT refund easily and quickly.

Courier pickup from the supplier's address

If you have found the necessary goods in Europe but the seller does not have delivery — we will solve this problem. Our courier service will promptly pick up the cargo anywhere in the EU. We work with any scale: from one box to wholesale batches on pallets. You no longer need to adapt to the sellers' conditions!

Delivery of oversized parcels and goods

Many courier services refuse to transport heavy or bulky goods from the EU. We take on household appliances, furniture, equipment, engines, body auto parts and industrial cargo.

Communication in different languages

We help in communication with European sellers and Ukrainian buyers: our managers speak Polish, Ukrainian, Russian and English, and if necessary, we involve professional translators. Shopping in Spain, Czech Republic or Italy will not become a problem due to the language barrier.

Competitive delivery price

We have the most favorable cooperation terms on the logistics market, regardless of the cargo type. No commissions for brokerage services and no extra charges at the border! And these are not just words, but a fact — use the delivery calculator or request a calculation from our managers and see for yourself.

Frequently asked questions about our delivery service from Europe to Ukraine

How to send a parcel from Europe to Ukraine?

The sending process is as simple and clear as possible:

  1. Tell our managers exactly what you plan to send, and also specify the value, weight and dimensions of the cargo;
  2. We will promptly calculate the logistics cost and agree on receiving the parcel. We can pick it up directly from your address in Europe or accept the order at our warehouse from any online store;
  3. Collect the parcel in Ukraine without filling in declarations and customs delays. You pay for our services only upon receipt of the goods.

How is the delivery price from Europe to Ukraine calculated?

  • For individual customers: we calculate the delivery cost based on three parameters — actual weight, volumetric weight and a percentage of the item value. For a quick calculation, you can use our Delivery calculator;
  • For commercial customers: the amount of transport services depends on the type of vehicle provided and the distance traveled. To find out the final cost, you need to send a Request to a manager.

How to arrange cargo pickup?

We work with many European courier services, which allows us to promptly pick up cargo all over Europe — pallets, consolidated cargo and bulky auto parts. The main condition: the goods must already be packed, and the loading onto the vehicle must be ensured by the sender. To order parcel or cargo pickup in Europe, send us the address and shipment details — we will agree on the time and cost of pickup.

Is prepayment required for delivery?

This depends on the cooperation format:

  • If we purchase goods on your behalf: prepayment for the goods is 100%, and our services are paid upon receipt;
  • If you purchase the goods yourself or only delivery is needed: no prepayment is required, our services are paid after receipt in Ukraine.

Do I need to clear the parcel through customs in Ukraine?

  • For private customers: no. All customs payments, if any, are already included in the final cost of our services, which we announce before placing the order. The customer pays nothing extra either at the border or upon receipt in Ukraine, except for domestic delivery within Ukraine, unless otherwise agreed;
  • For business: the customs clearance issue is resolved individually — independently or through us.

What warehouse address should I provide when placing a delivery?

After confirming the order, our managers will send you the assigned warehouse address in Europe. This is exactly the address that should be entered in the 'delivery address' field when placing an order with the seller, if you plan to purchase the goods yourself or just want to send your personal belongings to Ukraine.

Can I choose the carrier within Ukraine?

Yes. We cooperate with 'Nova Poshta' and 'Delivery'. Delivery within Ukraine is paid according to the tariffs of these services separately. We are also ready to discuss delivery of large cargo within Ukraine by our own transport at a negotiated price.

How to insure the shipment?

We can inspect the goods upon arrival at our warehouse in Europe and prepare a photo report to record its condition and take it under our responsibility. Full insurance terms are discussed individually depending on the type of goods. Read more in the section: Insurance of shipments from the EU.

Can parcels be combined?

Yes, we can consolidate several orders from different sellers at our warehouse and send them as one batch to Ukraine. This is convenient for logistics optimization. Separate discounts are provided for regular wholesale customers.

Can I return a parcel back in Europe?

Yes, we can return the goods, but the return shipment is paid separately. Contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the order has not yet been sent to Ukraine: it may be possible to cancel it without extra costs;
  • If you have already received the goods in Ukraine: the seller's consent for return will be required, as well as payment for delivery to Europe and shipping within Europe back to the seller.

Can I pay for goods from Europe upon receipt in Ukraine?

Only the delivery service, but not the goods themselves. Cash on delivery is rarely used in Europe, so all orders are paid in advance. This is due to the specifics of how European sellers and courier services work. Many delivery services leave parcels at the door without the recipient's presence.

Important: if the parcel is damaged, a damage report must be drawn up with the service that performed the final delivery (but if the courier has already left — we call them back to draw up a protocol).

Is the warehouse in Europe for receiving orders free?

Yes, we provide a free warehouse in Europe for receiving and storing orders provided that you use our delivery service to Ukraine.

How to deliver goods from Europe to Ukraine without paying customs duties?

For private customers, delivery of goods to Ukraine through our service can take place without paying customs duties and taxes, provided the current norms of Ukrainian legislation are met, namely: the parcel weight is not more than 50 kg, and the value of goods is not more than 500 €. If you need to send a large batch of goods, we can split both the value of the cargo and its weight into separate export documents within the law. This approach does not lead to unnecessary delays at the border and does not increase delivery times.

Is my parcel inspected at the border?

Yes, all shipments undergo customs control. In some cases, the parcel may be opened for a spot check of the contents. Cardboard packaging may be opened / damaged / replaced. If you are sending a suitcase, please do not lock it with a combination lock.

Can I send a parcel on a separate trip so it is not considered a commercial batch?

Yes. We can send parcels on different trips or properly split one large shipment into several independent consignments. This approach allows organizing logistics as conveniently as possible and, within the framework of current legislation, minimizes the risk that customs will classify your cargo as a commercial batch. Splitting the cargo does not affect standard delivery times and does not increase the cost of services.

What is standard and oversized cargo?

  • Cargo is considered standard if it fits within the standard permissible vehicle parameters established by EU Directive 96/53/EC: length up to 18.75 m (or 16.5 m for a single trailer), width up to 2.55 m (2.60 m for isothermal bodies), height up to 4.0 m and maximum axle load according to the standard. Such transport does not require special permits.
  • Cargo is considered oversized if at least one parameter (length, width, height or weight) exceeds the established norms. Typical examples: construction machinery, transformers, wind energy structures, large industrial modules. Transportation requires a special permit from each country on the route, escort vehicles, route coordination and often — night movement restrictions.

What is an oversized parcel?

An oversized parcel is a shipment that exceeds the maximum dimensions or weight set by a specific carrier ('DHL', 'UPS', 'DPD'). Typically, a parcel is considered oversized if:

  • length exceeds 120 cm;
  • sum of three sides (L+W+H) is more than 250 cm;
  • weight is more than 31 kg;
  • irregular shape (roll, triangle).

Our delivery service has almost no restrictions for transportation to Ukraine. The main thing is that your parcel fits into our vehicle.

Can large and non-standard goods be delivered?

Yes, we organize delivery of oversized parcels and cargo to Ukraine. Our fleet includes trucks and flatbed trailers, which allow us to transport oversized and extra-heavy cargo.

Can I work with dropshipping goods?

Yes, dropshipping is a model where an online store sells goods without keeping them in stock: goods arrive at our EU warehouse, where we store them, repack and ship them to customers in Ukraine. Customers do not need to fill in anything — we handle all customs issues ourselves; as a result, the customer may not even know that their goods came from abroad.

Which value should I provide for the delivery calculation: net or gross?

When submitting a request to calculate the delivery and customs clearance cost, it is important to correctly declare the value of your cargo. Not only the accuracy of the rate but also the speed of border crossing depends on this. Here are the simple rules on what amount to provide depending on your situation.

1. Goods with supporting documents (receipt or invoice): strictly follow the official document that accompanies the goods. Customs authorities look at the actually paid transaction amount. It does not matter to them whether the EU internal tax is included in this value or not.

  • If the invoice specifies only the net value — use it for calculation;
  • If the receipt shows the full gross value — provide that.

2. Purchase of goods through our service with VAT refund: if we purchased European goods on your behalf, then the basis for calculating the cost of our logistics services is always the net price. You do not overpay a commission for the tax; the cost calculation is based on the 'bare' price of the goods.

3. Purchase of goods through our service, but without VAT refund: if we bought goods at your request for which it is not possible to prepare the necessary documents, or if their price is too low (less than 400 €), which makes export clearance pointless — the basis for calculating our delivery cost will be the gross price.

4. Used items and goods without documents:

  • goods previously purchased by you — in this case, provide the real market gross price at which the item is sold in European online stores;
  • for used personal belongings, you can provide any reasonable estimated value. But remember, if something happens to the parcel during transportation, the compensation amount cannot exceed the amount you provided when placing the order. Therefore, do not undervalue to the minimum for a penny saving on the rate.

Risks of undervaluation: our company fills in customs declarations for individuals strictly based on the data you provide. We strongly advise against artificially lowering the price.

How customs reacts: if the inspector has doubts, they will check the goods against the internal database of average EU market prices. Often this 'official' valuation turns out to be much higher than your real purchase price. As a result, customs will either not allow the cargo through, or will impose large fines and additional duties.
