What determines the delivery price

The final cost of delivery from the EU to Ukraine is influenced by the following factors:

• estimated value of the cargo;
• weight and dimensions;
• method of cargo pickup within the EU — by our transport or via European courier;
• availability of an invoice with VAT — allows refunding European tax.

What is included in our service cost

• delivery within Ukraine — individual parcels are sent by Ukrainian services at their internal rates (large cargo is delivered by our own vehicle);
• return of goods.

Cost of address parcels pickup in Europe

For picking up small batches of goods within the EU, we use the services of our European partners 'DPD', which deliver parcels from all over Europe to our warehouse. This is convenient and cost-effective when the European seller does not ship independently, and picking up by our own transport is either too far or impractical.

Parcels up to 31 kg (weight including packaging)

• Cost: approximately 5 – 50 € (depends on the specific country).
• Maximum parcel size: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 250 cm (for Poland the limit is ≤ 300 cm).

Pallets up to 700 kg

• Cost: 15 – 630 € (depends on the specific country).
• Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.

Rates for domestic logistics within Ukraine

For small shipments within Ukraine, we use the local postal service, 'Nova Post'. It's faster and cheaper than sending our own truck.

Parcels up to 30 kg (with packaging)

• Cost: 2 – 10 € (the final price depends on actual weight, parcel volume and its insured value).
• Dimensional restrictions: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.

Pallets up to 500 kg

• Cost: 30 – 100 € (depends on weight, pallet cargo volume and declared value).
• Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.

How to save on delivery of goods

When purchasing in the EU, you can save significantly by refunding European VAT. It is charged on almost all categories of goods and is indicated in the invoice issued by the seller. More details on the page: VAT refund.

How to pay for delivery services

Our services can be paid in a way convenient for you:

• to a sole proprietor account in UAH;
• to a crypto wallet in USDT / Bitcoin;
• in cash in Ukraine or Poland;
• at the post office in Ukraine upon receipt.

Prepayment rules:

• Purchase upon your request: if we pay for the goods on your behalf, 100% prepayment is required.
• Delivery only: if you need delivery of ready cargo / personal luggage — payment is made exclusively at the moment of receipt in Ukraine.

With our forwarding service, delivery of orders from the EU to Ukraine becomes even more convenient. If a European store does not ship directly to Ukraine, we take on this task. We provide an address and warehouse where you can place orders from any online stores in Europe. First, the parcel arrives at our transit warehouse, and then it is sent to Ukraine.

What can and cannot be transported to Ukraine

Before arranging international shipping, we recommend that you study the current customs requirements in advance. All cargo is divided into two categories: completely prohibited for transportation and those whose shipment is allowed but subject to strict restrictions and conditions.

Allowed to import with restrictions

Allowed for transportation subject to the availability of necessary documents and by prior arrangement:

• excise goods, alcoholic beverages;
• medicines, vitamins, dietary supplements;
• furs and hides;
• live plants, seeds and planting material;
• batteries, chemical liquids and powders, flammable substances;
• feed for domestic and agricultural animals;
• antiques, works of art;
• precious metals, precious and semi-precious stones;
• certain military and dual-use goods;
• items intended for personal defense.

Strictly prohibited

The goods and substances listed below are strictly prohibited for transportation — without any exceptions — in accordance with international law and safety requirements:

• psychotropic and narcotic substances;
• tobacco products and vaping liquids;
• firearms and edged weapons, ammunition;
• explosive, flammable, radioactive and pyrotechnic materials;
• goods from the territory of Russia and Belarus;
• live animals, as well as furs, hides and other parts of animals obtained by poaching;
• unknown liquid and powder substances without documents confirming their origin and composition.

How to order oroducts and arrange shipping from european stores to Ukraine

The entire process takes just a few steps:

How to send a parcel from Europe to Ukraine?

The sending process is as simple as possible:

1. Tell our managers exactly what you plan to send, and also specify the value, weight and dimensions of the cargo;
2. We will promptly calculate the logistics cost and agree on receiving the parcel. We can pick it up directly from your address in Europe or accept the order at our warehouse from any online store;
3. Collect the parcel in Ukraine without filling in declarations and customs delays. You pay for our services only upon receipt of the goods.

How is the delivery price to Ukraine calculated?

• For individual customers: we calculate the delivery cost based on three parameters — actual weight, volumetric weight and a percentage of the item value. For a quick calculation, you can use our Delivery calculator;
• For commercial customers: the amount of transport services depends on the type of vehicle provided and the distance traveled. To find out the final cost, you need to send a Request to a manager.

How to arrange cargo pickup in EU?

We work with many European courier services, which allows us to promptly pick up cargo all over Europe — pallets, consolidated cargo and bulky auto parts. The main condition: the goods must already be packed, and the loading onto the vehicle must be ensured by the sender. To order parcel or cargo pickup in Europe, send us the address and shipment details — we will agree on the time and cost of pickup.

Is prepayment required for delivery?

This depends on the cooperation format:

• If we purchase goods on your behalf: prepayment for the goods is 100%, and our services are paid upon receipt;
• If you purchase the goods yourself or only delivery is needed: no prepayment is required, our services are paid after receipt in Ukraine.

Do I need to clear the parcel through customs in Ukraine?

• For private customers: no. All customs payments, if any, are already included in the final cost of our services, which we announce before placing the order. The customer pays nothing extra either at the border or upon receipt in Ukraine, except for domestic delivery within Ukraine, unless otherwise agreed;
• For businesses: the customs clearance issue is resolved individually — independently or through us.

What warehouse address should I provide when placing a delivery?

After confirming the order, our managers will send you the assigned warehouse address in Europe. This is exactly the address that should be entered in the 'delivery address' field when placing an order with the seller, if you plan to purchase the goods yourself or just want to send your personal belongings to Ukraine.

Can I choose the carrier within Ukraine?

Yes. We cooperate with 'Nova Post' and 'Delivery LTD'. Delivery within Ukraine is paid according to the tariffs of these services separately. We are also ready to discuss delivery of large cargo within Ukraine by our own transport at a negotiated price.

How to insure the shipment?

We can inspect the goods upon arrival at our warehouse in Europe and prepare a photo report to record its condition and take it under our responsibility. Full insurance terms are discussed individually depending on the type of goods. Read more in the section: Insurance of shipments from the EU.

Can parcels be combined?

Yes, we can consolidate several orders from different sellers at our warehouse and send them as one batch to Ukraine. This is convenient for logistics optimization. Separate discounts are provided for regular wholesale customers.

Can I return a parcel back in Europe?

Yes, we can return the goods, but the return shipment is paid separately. Contact us as soon as possible.

• If the order has not yet been sent to Ukraine: it may be possible to cancel it without extra costs;
• If you have already received the goods in Ukraine: the seller's consent for return will be required, as well as payment for delivery to Europe and shipping within Europe back to the seller.

Can I pay for goods from Europe upon receipt in Ukraine?

Only the delivery service, but not the goods themselves. Cash on delivery is rarely used in Europe, so all orders are paid in advance. This is due to the specifics of how European sellers and courier services work. Many delivery services leave parcels at the door without the recipient's presence.

Important: if the parcel is damaged, a damage report must be drawn up with the service that performed the final delivery (but if the courier has already left — we contact them immediately to file a damage report).

Is the warehouse in Europe for receiving orders free?

Yes, we provide a free warehouse in Europe for receiving and storing orders provided that you use our delivery service to Ukraine.

How to deliver goods from Europe to Ukraine without paying customs duties?

Our rates are final and do not require any additional payments after the package arrives at the customs terminal. We optimize every shipment to avoid unnecessary customs charges for individual customers, so there’s no need to worry about any extra fees.

Is my parcel inspected at the border?

Yes, all shipments undergo customs control. In some cases, the parcel may be opened for a spot check of the contents. Cardboard packaging may be opened / damaged / replaced. If you are sending a suitcase, please do not lock it with a combination lock.

Can I send a parcel on a separate trip so it is not considered a commercial shipment?

Yes. We can send parcels on different trips or properly split one large shipment into several independent consignments. This approach allows organizing logistics as conveniently as possible and, in full compliance with current laws, minimizes the risk that customs will classify your cargo as a commercial shipment. Splitting the cargo does not affect standard delivery times and does not increase the cost of services.

What is standard and oversized cargo?

• Cargo is considered standard if it fits within the standard permissible vehicle parameters established by EU Directive 96/53/EC: length up to 18.75 m (or 16.5 m for a single trailer), width up to 2.55 m (2.60 m for isothermal bodies), height up to 4.0 m and maximum axle load according to the standard. Such transport does not require special permits.
• Cargo is considered oversized if at least one parameter (length, width, height or weight) exceeds the established norms. Typical examples: construction machinery, transformers, wind energy structures, large industrial modules. Transportation requires a special permit from each country on the route, escort vehicles, route coordination and often — night movement restrictions.

What is an oversized parcel?

An oversized parcel is a shipment that exceeds the maximum dimensions or weight set by a specific carrier ('DHL', 'UPS', 'DPD'). Typically, a parcel is considered oversized if:

• length exceeds 120 cm;
• sum of three sides, calculated using the formula 2a + 2b + c, is greater than 250 cm;
• weight is more than 31 kg;
• irregular shape (roll, triangle).

Our delivery service has almost no restrictions for transportation to Ukraine. The main thing is that your parcel fits into our vehicle.

Can large and non-standard goods be delivered to Ukraine?

Yes, we organize delivery of oversized parcels and cargo to Ukraine. Our fleet includes trucks and flatbed trailers, which allow us to transport oversized and extra-heavy cargo.

Can I work with fulfillment goods?

Yes, fulfillment is a model where an online store sells goods without keeping them in stock: goods arrive at our EU warehouse, where we store them, repack and ship them to customers in Ukraine. Customers do not need to fill out anything — we handle all customs issues ourselves; as a result, the end customer receives the goods seamlessly, without dealing with any customs formalities.

Which value should I provide for the delivery calculation: net or gross?

When submitting a request to calculate the delivery and customs clearance cost, it is important to correctly declare the value of your cargo. Not only the accuracy of the rate but also the speed of border crossing depends on this. Here are the simple rules on what amount to provide depending on your situation.

1. Goods with supporting documents (receipt or invoice): strictly follow the official document that accompanies the goods. Customs authorities look at the actually paid transaction amount. It does not matter to them whether the EU internal tax is included in this value or not.

• If the invoice specifies only the net value — use it for calculation;
• If the receipt shows the full gross value — provide that.

2. Purchase of goods through our service with VAT refund: if we purchased European goods on your behalf, then the basis for calculating the cost of our logistics services is always the net price. You do not overpay a commission for the tax; the cost calculation is based on the 'bare' price of the goods.

3. Purchase of goods through our service, but without VAT refund: if we bought goods at your request for which it is not possible to prepare the necessary documents, or if their price is too low (less than 400 €), which makes export clearance pointless — the basis for calculating our delivery cost will be the gross price.

4. Used items and goods without documents:

• goods previously purchased by you — in this case, provide the real market gross price at which the item is sold in European online stores;
• for used personal belongings, you can provide any reasonable estimated value. But remember, if something happens to the parcel during transportation, the compensation amount cannot exceed the amount you provided when placing the order. Therefore, do not undervalue to the minimum for a penny saving on the rate.

Risks of undervaluation: our company fills in customs declarations for individuals strictly based on the data you provide. We strongly advise against artificially lowering the price.

How customs reacts: if the inspector has doubts, they will check the goods against the internal database of average EU market prices. Often this 'official' valuation turns out to be much higher than your real purchase price. As a result, customs will either not allow the cargo through, or will impose large fines and additional duties.
