Cost of delivery from Ukraine to Poland
The total cost for shipping from Ukraine consists of two components:
- Transportation across the border (Ukraine — Poland).
- Delivery within Poland to the recipient's door or the nearest post office.
1. Rates for transportation across the Ukraine — Poland border
The cost is determined by three criteria, of which only one highest indicator is accepted for payment:
- 15% of the declared shipment value;
- 1.75 € per 1 kg of actual weight;
- 1.00 € per 1 kg of volumetric weight.
Such a system is equally fair for both small expensive parcels and bulky heavy cargo.
- No limits: we ensure delivery of goods regardless of their quantity and total order amount.
- No customs hassles: For individuals, customs clearance is included, and there are no additional fees at the border.
- Uniform rates for new and used goods: personal luggage, furniture, clothing, shoes, product samples — everything is calculated according to a single standard rate grid.
For certain categories of cargo — fabrics, antiques, natural fur and leather, glass products, large batches of medicines or indivisible items heavier than 30 kg — the transportation cost is determined individually together with the manager.
2. Cost of delivery within Poland
Parcels
- up to 3 kg: 5 €;
- from 3 to 10 kg: 6 – 7 €;
- from 10 to 31 kg: 8 – 9 €.
Dimensional restrictions: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm. Exceeding these parameters can significantly affect the final amount.
Pallets
- up to 300 kg: 35 – 40 €;
- from 300 to 500 kg: — 45 – 50 €;
- from 500 to 700 kg: — 60 – 65 €.
Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
What affects the cost of shipping from Ukraine
The final transportation price is formed taking into account a number of key parameters:
- cargo valuation;
- actual and volumetric weight of the shipment;
- logistics within Poland to the final addressee (by the company's own transport or via local European couriers);
- availability of sales receipts, invoices and manufacturer's branded labels.
What is included in the base service price
We provide a full range of logistics services, so the standard rate already includes:

What is paid additionally
Although we provide turnkey logistics to Poland, a number of related services are not included in the main rate and are paid separately:

- taxes and duties mandatory for official import of goods into the EU (for corporate clients);
- return of goods to the Ukrainian seller in case of refusal or non-compliance.
Rates for domestic transportation within Ukraine
If the sender or your supplier in Ukraine cannot deliver the parcel to our transit warehouse independently, we will arrange its pickup by courier.
The cost of cargo pickup within Ukraine and its transportation to our Ukrainian transit warehouse is determined by weight, dimensions and type of shipment:
Parcels up to 30 kg (considering weight)
- Cost: 2 – 10 € — the final price depends on the actual weight, volume and declared insured value.
- Dimensional limit: sum of sides according to the formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.
Pallets up to 500 kg
- Cost: 30 – 100 € — depends on the weight, cargo volume and its declared value.
- Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
How to pay for delivery from Ukraine to Poland

- payment to the settlement account of our European company in EUR / USD;
