How the parcel delivery service works
Methods of courier delivery
To ensure maximum speed and affordable cost of international shipping, when collecting small shipments and personal belongings throughout Ukraine we engage local courier services — in particular, 'Nova Post'. Local operators promptly deliver shipments from anywhere in the country to our warehouse or a branch in our city. This allows you not to pay for a separate trip of our transport to remote regions.
We offer the following delivery formats to choose from:
- You order, we delive: when placing an order with online sellers, specify our 'Nova Post' branch as the delivery address. We will receive the goods, check their condition if necessary and arrange further delivery to your Polish address.
- Purchase of goods upon your request: you transfer the cost of the items to our account, and we complete the purchase and deliver them to your address in Poland.
- Transportation of parcels and luggage: simply hand over your luggage or parcel to us in Ukraine, for example via 'Nova Post' to a branch in our city or to our warehouse address. Or order a parcel pickup service. We will pick up the shipment, consolidate it with other cargo and prepare it for dispatch to Poland.
Process of arranging transportation
The interaction scheme is as follows:
- Submit a request: you tell us the dimensions, weight and value of the cargo.
- Approval: we agree with you on the final estimate.
- Shipment handover: you send the parcel via 'Nova Post' to our warehouse in Ukraine or we can pick it up with our courier.
- Payment for services: you pay for our logistics services.
- Customs and border: while delivering the order, we handle customs brokerage. No declarations and extra costs at the border.
- Delivery: the European service 'DPD' promptly brings the parcel right to your home or office anywhere in Poland.
Delivery time
- Transit of regular parcels: takes about 2 weeks from the moment the shipment is registered at the Ukrainian warehouse.
- Transportation of a large batch of goods: an individual transport schedule is applied according to your business needs.
How to track a shipment
You can monitor the movement of your parcels at every stage of the journey:
- Delivery within Ukraine: if you sent your cargo or order from an online store to our Ukrainian warehouse, be sure to provide the waybill number so we can receive and identify your shipment. If the parcel was picked up by our courier, we will provide our own tracking number.
- Transportation across the border: we track when a package is accepted, shipped to Poland, and received at the European hub.
- Courier delivery in Poland: as soon as the parcel is dispatched from the warehouse to you, you receive an individual tracking number of the European delivery service 'DPD', with which you can track the final courier journey.
Upon request, we can set up automatic status updates for each logistics stage via your preferred messenger or email. You can also find out the shipment status from our managers — just provide the order number.
Cost of delivery
The total cost for shipping from Ukraine consists of two components:
- Transportation across the border (Ukraine — Poland).
- Delivery within Poland to the recipient's door or the nearest post office.
1. Rates for transportation across Ukraine — Poland border
The cost is determined by three criteria, of which only one highest indicator is accepted for payment:
- 15% of the declared shipment value;
- 1.75 € per 1 kg of actual weight;
- 1.00 € per 1 kg of volumetric weight.
Such a system is equally fair for both small expensive parcels and heavy cargo.
- No limits: we ensure delivery of goods regardless of their quantity and total order amount.
- No customs hassles: for individuals, customs clearance is included, and there are no additional fees at the border.
- Uniform rates for new and used goods: personal luggage, furniture, clothing, shoes, product samples — everything is calculated according to a standard pricing tier.
For certain categories of cargo — fabrics, antiques, natural fur and leather, glass products, large batches of medicines or non-divisible items heavier than 30 kg — the transportation cost is determined individually together with the manager.
2. Cost of delivery within Poland
Parcels
- up to 3 kg: 5 €;
- from 3 to 10 kg: 6 – 7 €;
- from 10 to 31 kg: 8 – 9 €.
Dimensional restrictions: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm. Exceeding these parameters can significantly affect the final amount.
Pallets
- up to 300 kg: 15 – 34 €;
- from 300 to 500 kg: 40 – 42 €;
- from 500 to 700 kg: 48 – 50 €.
Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
What affects the cost of shipping
The final transportation price is formed taking into account a number of key parameters:
- cargo valuation;
- actual and volumetric weight of the shipment;
- logistics within Poland to the final destination address (by the company's own transport or via local European couriers);
- availability of sales receipts, invoices and manufacturer's branded labels.
What is included in the base service price
We provide a full range of logistics services, so the standard rate already includes:
- assistance in selecting the necessary items from Ukrainian suppliers at optimal prices;
- negotiations with sellers, agreeing on terms, payment and purchase of goods on your behalf;
- receipt, sorting and storage of cargo at our transit sites in Ukraine and Poland;
- preparation of the customs documentation by a certified broker;
- coverage of bank fees for domestic Ukrainian money transfers;
- transportation of cargo across Ukraine — Poland border;
- brokerage support and settlement of customs formalities for individuals.
What is paid additionally
Although we provide turnkey logistics to Poland, a number of related services are not included in the main rate and are paid separately:
- delivery of goods from the supplier to our warehouse or address pickup of cargo by our courier;
- taxes and duties mandatory for official import of goods into the EU (for corporate clients);
- return of goods to the Ukrainian seller in case of refusal or non-compliance.
Rates for domestic transportation within Ukraine
If the sender or your supplier in Ukraine cannot deliver the parcel to our transit warehouse independently, we will arrange its pickup by courier.
The cost of cargo pickup within Ukraine and its transportation to our Ukrainian transit warehouse:
Parcels up to 30 kg (including packaging)
- Cost: 2 – 10 € — the final price depends on the actual weight, volume and declared insured value.
- Dimensional limit: sum of sides according to the formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.
Pallets up to 500 kg
- Cost: 30 – 100 € — depends on the weight, cargo volume and its declared value.
- Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
How to pay for delivery
We have provided convenient and reliable payment options — choose the one that suits you:
- transfer in UAH to a sole proprietor account in Ukraine;
- payment to a bank account in EUR / USD;
- cryptocurrency — USDT / Bitcoin;
- cash payment at our offices in Ukraine and Poland.
Prepayment procedure:
- Purchasing service: if our company purchases goods in Ukraine on your behalf, a 100% advance payment is required — both for the cost of the goods themselves and for their international transportation. We can inspect the goods before paying the seller and provide you with a video or photo report.
- Transportation only: if the goods have already been purchased by you independently or it concerns the transportation of personal belongings, full payment of logistics services is made before crossing the border.
In the territory of European Union countries, payment upon receipt is unavailable. Any international shipment is handed over for delivery only after full settlement.
Delivery calculator
To calculate the cost of transportation from Ukraine to Poland, specify the weight, packaging dimensions and estimated value of your shipment. The calculator will show two amounts — delivery across the border to the EU and delivery within the EU to the recipient, as well as the total amount payable.
Important calculation conditions:
- the minimum cost of delivery of one parcel across the border to the EU is 10 €;
- the calculator already takes into account all customs costs and duties for individuals;
- domestic shipping within Ukraine to our warehouse (e.g., by 'Nova Post') is not included in the calculation and is paid separately;
- the calculator is designed only for private customers. The cost of services for official import is determined individually.

Online order delivery service from Ukraine to Poland

Do I need to go through customs clearance for my package from Ukraine when I receive it in Poland?
No. For individual customers, our company handles all matters related to customs clearance. You will not have to pay any additional fees for customs clearance after receiving your package.
What warehouse address in Ukraine should be provided to send a parcel to Poland?
