For transportation of small orders within the European Union, we engage our European partner — the courier service DPD. They deliver parcels from any region of the country to our warehouse. This is the optimal and cost-effective solution when the Dutch supplier does not handle shipping itself or when sending our own transport for the goods is too far and not economically feasible.

Rates for domestic logistics in Ukraine

In Ukraine, we send small cargo through the local postal operator Nova Post. This is faster and cheaper than delivery by our truck.

Parcels up to 30 kg (including packaging)

• Cost: 2 – 10 € (the final price depends on weight, volume and declared value).
• Size restrictions: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.

Pallets up to 500 kg

• Cost: 30 – 100 € (depends on weight, volume and declared value).
• Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.

How to reduce delivery costs for goods

The main way to save on purchases in the Netherlands is a VAT refund. This tax is included in the price of almost all product categories. How to pay for delivery

You can pay for logistics services in any convenient way:

• to a FOP account in UAH;

Prepayment rules:

• With the goods purchase service: if we fully take on the purchase of goods on your behalf, you need to make a 100% prepayment for its value.
• Logistics only: if you pay for the purchase in the Netherlands yourself or only transportation of a ready parcel or your personal belongings is required, no prepayment is required; you pay for logistics upon cargo arrival.
