Purchasing and delivery of orders from Czech online stores to Ukraine

Shopping in Czech online stores is becoming easier — our service helps you find the right product at the best price, negotiate with the seller, clarify details, pay for the order, and deliver it to Ukraine without overpayments or border surprises.

Czech VAT refund

When shopping in the Czech Republic, you usually pay VAT at a rate of 21% of the product's cost. Our company helps return this amount to both individuals and entrepreneurs. The procedure does not take much time, does not increase the delivery cost, and does not create additional tax obligations in Ukraine.

How the transportation process works

Courier delivery options

Regardless of the volume and specifics of your cargo, we offer the following cooperation formats:

  1. Independent product purchase: you pay for the product in the online store yourself and specify the address of our European warehouse as the recipient. We receive the parcel and organize its transportation to Ukraine.
  2. Purchasing through our service: you make a prepayment for the product, and we purchase it from the seller ourselves, taking care of transportation and processing export documents for the VAT refund (if applicable).
  3. Sending personal items and parcels: if you need to transport already purchased goods or personal belongings to Ukraine, no prepayment is required. Simply send the cargo to our warehouse or order a pickup.

In all cases, you pay for our logistics services exclusively upon receipt in Ukraine.

Delivery arrangement algorithm

The workflow for both groupage cargo and single parcels is as straightforward as possible:

  1. Delivery request: you specify the weight, dimensions, and value of the shipment.
  2. Coordination: we calculate the cost of our services.
  3. Parcel handover: you can deliver the cargo to our transit warehouse yourself or arrange a pickup by a courier service from your address.
  4. Border transportation: we prepare the document package and send the cargo to Ukraine.
  5. Customs: we handle all border issues on our own. You will not have to fill out declarations or hire a broker. For individuals, there are no hidden fees, duties, or VAT.
  6. Parcel receipt and service payment: within Ukraine, your order is sent via your chosen local delivery service, and payment for the services is made upon receiving the cargo.

Transportation timeframes

  • Standard timeframe: 1 to 2 weeks from the moment the goods arrive at our EU warehouse.
  • With VAT invoice processing: the process may take 1 week longer due to tax documentation processing.
  • Wholesale batches: transportation timeframes for large cargo are discussed individually.

How to track parcels

Parcel movement control is divided into three stages:

  • Within the Czech Republic: if we pick up the parcel from you, we will provide our tracking number. If you send the cargo yourself or make online purchases, be sure to ask the seller for the shipment number to track the parcel.
  • International delivery: we record and inform you of key statuses — cargo reception at the warehouse in Europe, border transit, and arrival at the warehouse in Ukraine.
  • Within Ukraine: as soon as the parcel is handed over to the local carrier (for example, "Nova Post"), you receive a standard domestic tracking number for final tracking.

Upon your request, we can set up order status updates to be sent to your preferred messenger or e-mail. You can also always clarify the cargo's location with our managers by providing the order number or your details.

Delivery cost

Base rate

You pay only one amount — whichever is higher:

  • 15% of the product cost;
  • 1.5 € per 1 kg of actual weight;
  • 0.75 € per 1 kg of volumetric weight.

This approach makes logistics equally cost-effective and fair for both expensive, compact purchases and heavy, bulky cargo.

  • No limits: we deliver goods without restrictions on quantity or total order value.
  • Protection against customs overpayments: for private clients, we can competently split the product batch to fully comply with the duty-free import limits under Ukrainian legislation.
  • Single rate for new and used goods: the delivery cost is fixed and does not depend on the condition of the items. We transport electronics, branded clothing, professional equipment, and used appliances under the same conditions.
Exceptions

For certain cargo categories (e.g., glass, fabric, second-hand) or indivisible items heavier than 50 kg (e.g., a refrigerator), the rate is calculated individually by mutual agreement.

What the transportation price depends on

The final amount is composed of several key factors:

  • the actual value of the shipment;
  • the total weight and physical dimensions of the parcel;
  • how the cargo reaches us — via our transport or a local courier service;
  • the presence of a VAT invoice, which allows for a tax refund and reduces overall expenses.

What the rate already includes

We offer "all-inclusive" delivery, so the base cost covers a maximum of related services:

  • searching for the required items on the Czech market at the most attractive prices;
  • negotiations with Czech suppliers, clarification of specifications, and purchasing on your behalf;
  • providing our European company for wholesale purchases on B2B platforms in the Czech Republic at net cost;
  • free reception, processing, and storage of cargo at our warehouses in the EU and Ukraine;
  • preparation of export documents for the Czech VAT refund;
  • all bank commissions for settlements with Czech sellers;
  • border transportation;
  • broker services and coverage of all customs payments for individuals.

What requires extra payment

Despite the comprehensive transportation format, some expense items are not covered by the base rate:

  • delivery within the Czech Republic from the seller to our warehouse or individual cargo pickup at the sender's address;
  • customs duties for business clients if the product is purchased officially for company balance sheet registration;
  • forwarding within Ukraine — carried out by local transport companies at their internal rates;
  • return shipment of the product to the supplier in case of a return.

Cost of cargo pickup from an address in the Czech Republic

For transporting small orders within the European Union, we engage our European partner — the DPD courier service. They deliver parcels from any region of the country to our warehouse. This is an optimal and cost-effective solution when the Czech supplier does not handle shipping themselves, or sending our own transport for the item is too far and economically unfeasible.

Parcels

  • up to 3 kg: 16 €;
  • from 3 to 10 kg: 18 €;
  • from 10 to 31 kg: 25 €.

Maximum parcel size: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 250 cm.

Pallets

  • up to 300 kg: 175 – 245 €;
  • from 300 to 500 kg: 275 – 300 €;
  • from 500 to 700 kg: 325 – 550 €.

Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.

For transporting large batches or oversized cargo from the Czech Republic, we are ready to provide our own transport. The cost of this service is calculated individually by mutual agreement.

Rates for domestic logistics within Ukraine

Within Ukraine, we send small cargo via the local postal operator "Nova Post". This is faster and cheaper than delivery by our truck.

Parcels up to 30 kg (with packaging)

  • Cost: 2 – 10 € (the final price depends on weight, volume, and declared value).
  • Dimension restrictions: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.

Pallets up to 500 kg

  • Cost: 30 – 100 € (depends on weight, volume, and declared value).
  • Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.

How to reduce delivery costs for goods

The main way to save money on purchases in the Czech Republic is the VAT refund. This tax is included in the cost of almost all product categories. If the seller provides a correct invoice, we will help you get back up to 21% of the purchase cost. Read all the details of this process on the Czech VAT refund page.

How to pay for delivery

You can settle logistics services in any convenient way:

  • to a FOP account in UAH;
  • cryptocurrency in USDT / Bitcoin;
  • cash in Ukraine and the Czech Republic;
  • cash on delivery upon receipt at the Ukrainian post office.

Prepayment rules:

  • With the product purchase service: if we take full responsibility for purchasing the product on your behalf, you must make a 100% prepayment for its cost.
  • Logistics only: if you pay for the purchase in the Czech Republic yourself, or if transportation of a ready-made parcel or your personal belongings is required, no prepayment is needed; you pay for logistics upon the cargo's arrival.

Online order delivery service from the Czech Republic to Ukraine

If a Czech store does not ship goods directly to Ukraine, our forwarding service comes to the rescue. You can order goods from any online stores to our transit warehouse, from where we will forward them to Ukraine. You can pay for the product directly to the seller or arrange payment through our service.

There are categories of goods whose delivery is strictly regulated by Ukrainian customs legislation — some require additional documents, while others are completely prohibited from transportation across the border. We recommend reviewing the full list of restrictions in the section: Goods prohibited for import into Ukraine.

Unlike classic delivery services, we offer a full cycle of purchasing and delivery:

  • Seller and product verification: we minimize the risk of fraud and defects by pre-checking sellers and their products. We request additional photos of the product before payment, and upon receiving the order at our warehouse, we conduct a physical inspection upon the client's request and provide a photo report.
  • Negotiations: we communicate and bargain with stores on your behalf.
  • Minimization of customs payments: proper document processing, cargo splitting, legal duty reduction, and VAT refund.
  • No limits: we accept large and heavy cargo.
