Rules and Restrictions on Cargo Transportation by TobiPaczka

General provisions

The shipment of goods that may pose a threat to human life or health, as well as lead to damage or destruction of other shipments and working equipment, is prohibited.

Obligations of the parties

The sender, recipient, cargo owner or third party transferring the shipment to our company are obliged to provide complete and accurate information about its contents and real value.

Goods accepted for international transport with restrictions

Accepted exclusively with the necessary documents / certificates and by prior arrangement.

• Food products, medicines, vitamins, dietary supplements — only in original factory packaging with a receipt; without content of prohibited substances; without special temperature storage regime.
• Animal products — ready-made feed, vitamins and biologically active supplements for animals and fish — exclusively in sealed factory packaging with a receipt or invoice from the seller; without special temperature storage regime.
• Cosmetics and household chemicals — alcohol-containing perfumes, deodorants, sprays, gel polishes, etc.
• Flammable and combustible materials — acetone, solvents, paint and varnish products, adhesives, sealants, as well as samples of coal, pellets and firewood — with all relevant documents.
• Technical equipment with hazardous content — internal combustion engines, lawn mowers, chainsaws, equipment with refrigerants (air conditioners, refrigerators), lithium accumulators and batteries (separately from devices).
• Military and dual-use goods / protective means — pneumatic weapons, mock-ups of real weapons, stun guns, telescopic batons, pepper spray — with all relevant documents.
• Financial means — cash (hryvnias and foreign currency), bank cards, securities (stocks, bonds, promissory notes, checks).
• Personal documents — passports, employment records, licenses, permits and other documents certifying identity or confirming authority.
• Cultural valuables — antiques (over 100 years old), original works of art, rare collectible stamps, orders and medals — with a receipt / invoice allowing to confirm ownership of the relevant item.
• Protected data carriers — flash drives or disks with limited access or password protection.
• Excise goods — alcoholic beverages, beer, alcohol in sealed factory containers.
• Wildlife — seeds, planting material, cut flowers, plants, seedlings — subject to their identification and with all relevant documents.
• Animal products — processed fur and hides — with all relevant documents or as part of used personal belongings.
• Jewelry — bank metals, jewelry, precious and semi-precious stones — with all relevant documents or as part of used personal belongings.
• Raw materials — ferrous, non-ferrous and rare earth metals and alloys — under official import or export with all necessary documents.

Goods prohibited for international transport

• Food products, medicines, vitamins, dietary supplements — prohibited for shipment without original factory packaging and receipt. The following medical preparations are prohibited for shipment in particular: Pentalgin-N, Nurofen Plus, Sedalgin, Sedal-M, Caffetin, Codelac, Terpincod, Codterpin, Solutan, Theofedrin-N, Insanovin, Bronholitin, Bronhitussen, Bronhotin, Ketanov, Neo Theofedrin.
• Animal products — ready-made feed, vitamins and biologically active supplements without original factory packaging and receipt / invoice.
• Flammable and combustible materials — gasoline, kerosene.
• Gases — any household or industrial gas in cylinders, aerosols (except for cosmetic and household sprays listed in the “Permitted with Restrictions” section), fire extinguishers or lighters (propane-butane, nitrogen, oxygen, etc.).
• Explosive substances and pyrotechnics — gunpowder, TNT, detonators, fireworks, firecrackers, salutes, sparklers, signal flares.
• Toxic, corrosive and caustic substances — acids, alkalis, mercury, antifreeze, poisons, household paint removers, chlorine bleach.
• Radioactive and infectious materials — medical isotopes, biological samples (blood, urine), infectious agents, vaccines and clinical waste.
• Weapons and means of attack / protection — all types of firearms, hunting and cold weapons, ammunition, brass knuckles.
• Military and special equipment — sniper scopes, collimators, thermal imagers, night vision devices, communication suppression systems, covert information collection (listening) devices, GPS trackers.
• Poaching devices — electric fishing rods, fishing nets, hunting traps, etc.
• Narcotic substances — drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors and cannabis in any form.
• Excise goods — tobacco products, tobacco products for electric heating, liquids for electronic cigarettes.
• Prohibited content and counterfeits — pornographic materials, counterfeit and falsified products, including fake goods and copies of well-known brands (clothing, footwear, perfumery, cosmetics, etc.).
• Products of aggressor countries — printed publications manufactured in the RF, Belarus or in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, as well as books by authors who are or were citizens of the RF after 1991 (except for citizens of Ukraine).
• Wildlife — animals and insects; seeds, plants, flowers, seedlings that cannot be identified or which are shipped without the necessary documents.
• Animal products — unprocessed fur and hides, stuffed animals, feathers, ivory, skeletons, any bones.
• Anatomical materials — human remains, ashes, organs, tissues, DNA test materials.
• Raw materials — soil samples, untreated wood, scrap metal; ferrous, non-ferrous and rare earth metals and alloys in private shipments.
• Unknown contents — liquids or powders in unmarked containers without a clear indication of composition.
• Used items with defects — heavily soiled clothing and footwear, dirty used car tires, auto parts in oil or with leaking fluids.
• State signs — vehicle license plates issued in Ukraine.

Addressing restrictions: goods and documents addressed to foreign courts, banks and enforcement services.

The specified restrictions apply in accordance with the requirements of international and national legislation, in particular:

• Air Code of Ukraine;
• Resolution on the approval of the list of dangerous items and substances prohibited for air transport;
• International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations;
• Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air (ICAO);
• General list of goods prohibited for import.

The transport company TobiPaczka has the right to unilaterally refuse to provide services to any client without explanation — within the limits permitted by applicable law.
