What the rate already includes

For transporting small orders within the European Union, we engage our European partner, the DPD courier service. They deliver parcels from any region of the country to our warehouse. This is an optimal and cost-effective solution when the Spanish supplier does not handle shipping themselves, or sending our own transport for the item is too far and economically unfeasible.

Rates for domestic logistics within Ukraine

Within Ukraine, we send small cargo via the local postal operator, Nova Post. This is faster and cheaper than delivery by our truck.

Parcels up to 30 kg (with packaging)

• Cost: 2 – 10 € (the final price depends on weight, volume, and declared value).
• Dimension restrictions: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.

Pallets up to 500 kg

• Cost: 30 – 100 € (depends on weight, volume, and declared value).
• Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.

How to reduce goods delivery costs

How to pay for delivery

You can settle logistics services in any convenient way:

• to a FOP account in UAH;
• in cryptocurrency (USDT / Bitcoin);
• in cash in Ukraine and Spain;
• cash on delivery upon receipt at the Ukrainian postal branch.

Prepayment rules:

• With product purchase service: if we completely take over the product purchase on your behalf, you must make a 100% prepayment for its value.
• Logistics only: if you pay for the purchase in Spain yourself, or if transportation of a ready-made parcel or your personal belongings is required, no prepayment is needed; you pay for logistics upon the cargo's arrival.

If a Spanish store does not ship goods directly to Ukraine, our forwarding service comes to the rescue.
