- Parcel and baggage transportation: simply hand over your baggage or parcel via Nova Post to the post office in our city or to our warehouse address. We will collect the shipment, consolidate it with other cargo, and prepare it for dispatch to Ireland.

- Regular parcel transit: takes approximately 2 weeks from the moment the shipment is registered at the Ukrainian warehouse.
- Large batch cargo transportation: an individual vehicle movement schedule is applied according to your business needs.
How to track a shipment
You can monitor the movement of your parcels at every stage of the journey:
- Delivery within Ukraine: if you sent your cargo or online store order to our Ukrainian warehouse, be sure to provide the transport document number so we can receive and identify your shipment. If the parcel was picked up by our courier, we will provide our own tracking number.
- Cross-border transportation: we record when the parcel is accepted, dispatched to Ireland, and received at the European hub.
- Courier delivery in Ireland: as soon as the parcel is dispatched from the warehouse to you, you receive an individual tracking number from the European DPD delivery service, which you can use to track the courier's final route.

The total cost for shipping to Ireland consists of two components:

1. Rates for cross-border transportation Ukraine — Ireland
The cost is determined by three criteria, of which only the highest indicator is charged:
- 15% of the declared shipment value;
- 1.75 € per 1 kg of actual weight;
- 1.0 € per 1 kg of volumetric weight.
This system is equally fair for both small, expensive parcels and bulky, heavy cargo.
- No limits: we ensure product delivery regardless of quantity and total order amount.
- No customs issues: for individuals, customs clearance is included, and there are no additional payments at the border.
- Uniform rates for new and used goods: personal baggage, furniture, clothing, shoes, product samples — everything is calculated using a single standard rate grid.
For certain cargo categories — fabrics, antiques, natural fur and leather, glass products, large batches of medications, or indivisible items heavier than 30 kg — the transportation cost is determined individually.
2. Delivery cost within Ireland
Parcels
- up to 3 kg: 20 €;
- from 3 to 10 kg: 23 €;
- from 10 to 31 kg: 25 €.
Dimensional limits: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 250 cm.
Pallets
- up to 300 kg: 405 – 480 €;
- from 300 to 500 kg: 505 – 530 €;
- from 500 to 700 kg: 550 – 570 €.
Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
What affects the shipping cost
The final transportation price is formed taking into account several key parameters:
- cargo valuation;
- actual and volumetric weight of the shipment;
- logistics within Ireland to the final addressee (by the company's own transport or via local European couriers);
- availability of cash receipts, invoices, and manufacturer's brand labels.
What is included in the base service price

What is paid additionally

- return of goods to the Ukrainian seller in case of refusal or mismatch.
Rates for domestic transportation within Ukraine
If the sender or Ukrainian supplier cannot transfer the parcel to our transit warehouse, we can arrange a courier pickup.
Cost of cargo pickup in Ukraine and its transportation to our Ukrainian transit warehouse:
Parcels up to 30 kg (including weight)
- Cost: 2 – 10 € — the final price depends on actual weight, volume, and declared insurance value.
- Dimensional limit: sum of sides by formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.
Pallets up to 500 kg
- Cost: 30 – 100 € — depends on weight, cargo volume, and its declared value.
- Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.
How to pay for delivery
We have provided convenient payment options — choose the one that suits you best:
- transfer in UAH to a FOP account in Ukraine;
- payment to a bank account in EUR / USD;
- cryptocurrency — USDT / Bitcoin;
- cash payment in our offices in Ukraine and Ireland.
Prepayment procedure:
- Product purchase service: if our company purchases goods in Ukraine on your behalf, a 100% advance payment is required — both for the product cost and its international transportation. We can inspect the item before paying the seller and provide you with a video or photo report.
- Transportation only: if you have already purchased the item yourself or if it involves transporting personal belongings, full payment for logistics services is made before crossing the border.
Within the European Union countries, cash on delivery is not used. Any international shipment is handed over for delivery exclusively after full payment.
