Base rates
- Trucks (tractor with semi-trailer): from 1950 €;
- Cargo vans: from 800 €;
- Low-bed trailers: from 3300 €;
- Refrigerated trucks: from 2250 €.
The final price is calculated individually and depends on the route distance and the chosen vehicle type. The approximate rate varies from 0.4 € per kilometer. In case of delays at customs posts or demurrage due to the cargo owner's fault, a payment of 50–100 € for each day of waiting is provided.
What affects the final delivery price
- Cargo characteristics: transportation of oversized, dangerous (ADR), or temperature-controlled goods is more expensive due to the need for specialized transport, additional permits, and extended insurance.
- Seasonality and market demand: during active harvesting of agricultural products, the demand for grain trucks and curtain-side trucks increases, which can adjust current market rates.
- Set of accompanying documents: the need for transit guarantees, export declarations, certificates of origin, and other necessary papers.
