The final amount is made up of several key factors:

We offer all-inclusive delivery, so the base cost includes a maximum of related services:

Cost of cargo pickup from an address in Poland

If you or your supplier do not know how to hand over the parcel to us, we will offer pickup from your address. For transporting small orders within Poland, we engage our European partner — the courier service 'DPD'. They promptly deliver parcels from any region of the country to our warehouse. This is an optimal and cost-effective solution when sending our own transport for the goods is too far and economically impractical.

• up to 3 kg: 5 €;
• from 3 to 10 kg: 6 – 7 €;
• from 10 to 31 kg: 8 – 9 €.

Maximum package size: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm. If the dimensions are larger, the delivery cost may increase significantly.

Pallets

• up to 300 kg: 15 – 34 €;
• from 300 to 500 kg: 40 – 42 €;
• from 500 to 700 kg: 48 – 50 €.

Maximum pallet size: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.

Rates for domestic logistics within Ukraine

For small shipments within Ukraine, we use the local postal service, 'Nova Post'. It's faster and cheaper than sending our own truck.

Parcels up to 30 kg (with packaging)

• Cost: 2 – 10 € (the final price depends on actual weight, parcel volume and its insured value).
• Dimensional restrictions: formula 2a + 2b + c ≤ 300 cm.

Pallets up to 500 kg

• Cost: 30 – 100 € (depends on weight, pallet cargo volume and declared value).
• Maximum pallet dimensions: 120 × 80 × 180 cm.

How to reduce costs for delivery of goods

How to pay for delivery

You can pay for logistics services in any convenient way:

• to a sole proprietor account in UAH;
• transfer to our European company account in USD / EUR;

Prepayment rules:

• With purchase service: if we fully undertake the purchase of goods on your behalf, you need to make a 100% advance payment for their cost.
